@@isaacrichter5093 I think its in the 5 to7mil now. Probably as a tear down that is.Its only a single story. But there is room to make a monster of a house and the trend seems to rebuild and then sell for 15Mil these days.... Not sure who is all buying these overpriced homes in HH these days.

this is not scott house. Scott has the garage on the other side of tha house also he has 4car garage and this has if i remember correctly 10 car garage. It has a bigger lot more car garage and almost the same price.
