@@cephasmakuzva most gated communities give police access codes to cut down on security/hoa costs. And the ones that don't are required to allow the police in if called. Neighbors could have seen his old shitty car and known he wasn't a resident and called. Or he was exaggerating how close to the home he really was.
He probably has multiple homes. And he’s probably going through quarantine. (And he’s probably kidnapped)

Awesome place. The guy got taste! It’s one of the few places where I would essentially make no changes to the furnishing! Love it! The only thing I’m not really that fond of is how the house looks from the outside, but it wouldn’t be deal breaker!

Just like what Michael said, I also think that "it's country-esque style combined with modern tastes" . The results is a warmer modern house, country but doesn't look old, modern but doesn't feel too cold. And also it doesn't bring the feel like "a house that's too big and feels like hotels vibe". It's still has a house vibe. Love it. ♥️
Since that's Howie's house, I wouldn't worry too much about germs...
Adam, can I recommend you get a stabilizer / tripod attachment for your camera? Or make slower movements when filming? My mommy has said a lot of these house-showing videos are too shaky and I'm starting to agree :$

Kory Gabrielson well it’s a serious matter. The virus is a real thing. I’ve seen it first hand and had a family member ever live through it.. but. The odds of transmission via hand to face is very low.
DPB Oh I I know it’s very deadly to certain age groups/people with pre-disposed conditions. But the point I’m trying to make is that the media needs to report facts not opinions in which they change every week. The amount of people that relay on mainstream media for news is crazy, and for them to twist stories and scare Americans is silly. On both sides as well.
Original house sold for $2.6m about 2 years ago. Development costs about $3.5m so should sell for $8m. Anything more =greedy developer.
