What a delightful agent! She really says exactly the right things, with exactly the right intonation and cadence. And the house, truly is one that a person - even an erudite person with exacting tastes - could move into, and not feel the need to change one thing. That's RARE. I love the inlaid floor in the bath, love the inlaid wood downstairs (which, as the agent says, is truly extraordinary), love the chandeliers (which are a cut above what we're seeing in trophy properties in the Hamptons) and love the interior architecture. The only thing that's objectionable (and I bet it's a goof by the stone people, and not something actually drawn by the obviously-great architects) is the positioning of the columns in the little entrance portico. But those corners hanging into space, COULD be made-sense-of, with small marble or patinated bronze Greek masques, fitting over the corners.
I don't know who makes the blouse but I was thinking watching this how nice she looks embracing her age with her natural hair and makeup, clothes and big smile. She looks to me like she swims to stay fit, a perfect place to do it in CA.
Stunning home, Old World classic, but how does 12,000 sq. ft. fit onto 1-1/2 acres?! It is so spacious. (And they had the olive tree’s were brought in? Awesome!) Absolutely amazing; I would never had a reason to leave. My dream home. Wow! Maybe in the next life........

I was astounded by the beauty of the overall property… Master Bedroom, not so much but, the sheer size and price tag is beyond most imaginations. Makes me feel grateful and most appreciative of my life and scale of living I’ve accomplished and provided for my own little family.
I give that kitchen a 12 out of 10. I hate glass cabinet doors, n the range built in to the island, it had neither. I love the white cabinets, it matched her beautiful hair🤗
