This was the home of Gene Simmons for over 3 decades. He sold it to Nobel in 2021, and they took 18 months to complete an extensive remodel of the house and grounds. It was a beautiful house before, but the massive update was much needed. I’m shocked no one’s mentioned this yet! Nobel takes credit for the design, but I think it’s important to note that Nobel and/or its architect(s) didn’t design the original home facade/interiors. Great video once again, Enes! ☺️
I recognized the home as well. Had to do a bit of digging on the internet to confirm the address. Yes, it was beautiful before but as you stated, needed some updating. Now it's perfect. Not sure if its $48 million perfect considering the original listing was $25 million. No sure how much it actually sold for but its STILL amazing. Being a car enthusiast, I particularly like the idea of a seperate 10 car garage
Mike's editing skills keep improving don't go unnoticed. The shot of Enes leaving and coming in the same frame looked awesome. Even though you are the top home tour channel instead of just relaxing you keep improving and trying new things.
Just gotta say, the video editing and quality has stepped up a notch or three recently Mikey and team! Love the seamless transitions in the B roll and while Enes is explaining the house as well. Kudos guys, love seeing you guys getting better and better each and every time!
Marvelous Property. Even in high end homes like this it's rare to find so much attention to details. Nothing in this house is standard. It is a livable piece of Art itself. 50 minutes tour and you could easily spend an hour in each room to talk about all the craftmanship and materials. But not only the house is stunning, your presentation makes it perfect. Great Job.
Enes, you got me addicted to utube a few months ago. I have discovered other channels that do home tours, but NONE of them have the magic that is you, and Mikey! My son passed away from a fentanyl overdose a few weeks ago, and I was feeling really, really down, today, so thankyou for taking it off my mind for awhile! God bless you, and Mikey!🙏❤️
This house is by far one of the most beautiful architectural masterpieces I’ve ever seen. Nobel never misses! I understand this style isn’t for everyone but for those it does appeal to - every detail is absolutely flawless. Absolutely nothing short of a dream home in my books. Thank you for such an in depth tour!
This is not a house but a work of Art. Attention to detail, the intricacies that Max added makes this home a gem. Bravo 👏 👏 👏. Thank you Enes for an awesome tour 👌🏽
Damn, this channel is good. And it keeps getting better and better. This was an outstanding property, perfectly shown both day and night. Cheers to all those involved with the development of both the home and the making of this video.
This is by far the most thought out and beautiful house on this channel. This is just pure architecture art. Love it so much. Just one thing, so many stairs, no elevator in the house? My knees gonna hurt!
This home is next level. You have delivered some amazing content over the years but the level of detail in this home elevates this to the next level. For such a grand scale home it manages to appear homely and warm. I know how hard this must be and it is clear that Max is real one! Congrats to the developer and team Enes for capturing the full scale, design and aesthetic of this property.
Wow, the attention to detail in this home is actually something else! So amazing that you appreciate all the work that went into building an artwork like this
I'm really not a fan of those art works and the bears, but other then that, this house is AMAZING!!! Probably one of the most beautiful you've toured. The attention to details is outstanding! It's so impressive to see how much thought was given into how people are actually gonna live in the house, considering every detail and every scenario. Very well done, congratulation for that.
@@MrSchn3ll Normally not my taste either, but I must say it fits this house. Nice contrast with the all natural materials. Luckily art is subjective, so everyone can decide for themselves what looks good or not.

This is definitely one of my favourites! The attention to detail is next level, to be honest, you had me at canter leaver dining table lol not to mention the Kaws and Bearbrick collection… I think this home really works because of the outdoor vistas, it needed that level of space to truly shine… I’m in LOVE!

Enes this is about the third or fourth multimillion dollar over 10,000 square-foot property that does not have an elevator. Can you please explain to me why they do not put in elevators with so much square footage.
I love the dedication this Max put into this house. The perfection of the detail is incredible. It's warm and I like those hidden places. The first suite when you go in this darker place, almost an end, and then opening this very discret door to this wide opening again full of light. For me it's like discovering a secret clearing in the darker wood. So much to see.
I am totally amazed at this home. It is so 2023 meaning, it’s very NOW! Some houses are just a little too futuristic (for me) but, this house is very 2023, technology- filled, and aesthetically gorgeous! All I can say is, “WOW”. Wow for the builder, wow for the designer and wow for the tour-masters: Enes and Mikey! I LOVE the yard. I pray that an iconic movie star buys this house (not even an athlete)…a MOVIE STAR!!
The quality these videos continues to get better and better AND BETTER. The scattered snippets of your interviews throughout the entire video is really smart, breaks up the video nicely. The subtle graphics used to highlight mextioned fixtures and features is also a really nice touch. Thanks for all your work, amazing efforts and attention to detail. Strong team
The designers of this house ran out of ideas. They needed more imagination. One guest room has no privacy with a loft over it that includes access to other parts of the house, giving visibility to the space below to anyone passing through to other rooms, enabling them to look over the balcony to watch or observe the people sleeping, or whatever, in the bed of that room. There is so much wasted floor space in the house. The bathrooms are often unnecessarily large with no logical explanation for the size. There are other negative factors related to the design of the house. Enes is always positive, but he must be aware of the negative downsides of this house. Naturally, he does not mention them. He is trying to assist in the sale of the house. However, anyone touring the house will be aware of these negative factors . For that kind of money, one expects more thought to have been put into the overall cohesive design of the house. I am not impressed overall.
Gorgeous ~but, missing outdoor kitchen, sports court, elevator - amenties that R standard to high-end luxury BHills homes. Someone who loves the home enough could hv the elevator installed, somehow; outdoor kitchen installation, no biggie. Warning: future owner, praayyy - hv all the innocent-lkg Japanese mice figures & every piece of the motley wall art removed. Then, hv the home spiritually cleansed in name of Yeshua (Jesus) / Holy Spirit. Take this from an experienced Jamaican-Yoruba Nigerian (me) Yesss, lawt!!🇯🇲🇳🇬🙏🏾🕊💞 - Psalm 91
I can’t get enough of these property. Just watched it for the second time and I’m sure I will watch it another time. Well done Team Enes. Noble LA went all out on this one! Chic and timeless!
The lines and curves are absolutely on point. I love the contrasting colours against the glorious black which stands mightily without being too loud. A stunner ❤
I love this home! I'm glad the Developer was not intimidated by the size of the property, erecting walls to create intimacy; rather, he used materials and a color palate to warm the space and make it more intimate. The flow of the space is also wonderful and not choppy. It makes sense.
Nobel is an amazing designer. Their design really shows why their houses are worth the money. So much detail without looking over ornate. Crazy balance.
This group makes houses unlike any one else. The other one Enes toured was perfect. This is perfection². Amazing. Everyone keeps going with tan and beige with light wood in white... It takes some cutting edge design work to mix black dark and vertical wood still feel light and airy. Wow
Enes, This is one of the most stunning homes you have ever done. The level of taste, materials, and commitment to unique quality is breathtaking! Thanks

i think im gonna cry cos i've never seen a property that catches my whole and exact aesthetic, until now! im inlove with the exterior, that's exactly what i have in mind when i think about my dreamhouse. the wood grain pattern matches perfectly with those big steel case windows! im a big "industrial" design fan, so i appreciate the dark tones all throughout the house. and i would never think to put a peach color on the perfectly industrial lookinn exterior, but it actually work out so well!
this guy is living my absolute dream. he's taken my biggest interests, travel and real estate, combined them together, works for himself and traveling all over and presenting on amazing houses... all the while making quite a bit of money doing it. i am so jealous of this dude
What a labor love...both Max's work and the work that team Enes does!! Enthralling, exquisite and many other words I wouldn't use on a regular day!! Thank you
watched probably every tour on both channels and this house is for sure one of my favorite ones. everything is just simple but beautiful and convenient. Reminded me of some European houses, truly stunning 🤩
I really love when you interview the designer/ architect in your videos. Would love to see more of you doing that, because it's very insightful and allows us viewers to understand what they're trying to convey with their design choices. Also, quite educational and inspirational for students who are studying architecture and interior design, like myself. I also like to give you the utmost credit for really studying and understanding every detail of every mansion/homes you've toured so far. Hats off to you, Enes and camera man, Mike. Keep up the awesome work and we look forward to seeing more.
As Enes would say, I'm out of words. Truly unique home. The attention to detail and the passion for the utmost quality throughout amazes me. Every aspect is well thought out and accomplished. Noble LA should be so proud. Enes your tours always entertain and educate me as well and the level of expertise Mikey has attained somehow continues to soar. Truly enjoyed this wonderful tour.
I noticed that we also saw the tom ford mouse art piece at Hawaii's most expensive house. Well, my name is Riddhima Mishra and I am from India I have been seeing your channel for the last one year and it's great. Hope you will achieve more success.
I love it. This new style of home is becoming the"it" design here in Phoenix Metro as well. Industrial farmhouse and it is hands down my favorite design. The earthy woods blended with exposed steel. It just seems so organic
Astounding, beautiful, timeless...all of these words and more sum up this house. I've watched quite a few of your presentations Enes, enjoyed them immensely, but have never been moved enough to comment, but this property is for me, the ultimate dream home. Absolutely fantastic property, so jealous of the people who will live here!
Great place inside and out. An LA luxury property that isn’t yet another glass & concrete box. This has character! The only things I don’t like, is most of the artwork…those silly mice everywhere in particular…but you can get rid of that. And the master suite’s finishes, furnishings and fittings are overpoweringly too dark. The designer/developer looks very familiar…you toured one of his other homes a couple of years ago. And I loved that design too! One of my favorites of all the homes you’ve toured on this channel so far. I really like this guy’s style. He’s sort of a luxury home design prodigy 😆 having a unique look to his designs. And still so young!

Check out our channel ruclips.net/user/EnesClips for shorter clips of the homes we've toured! Thanks for the suggestion! 🎥👍🏼
i love how even the other bedrooms that arent the master are still big, well thoughtout and cared for, its rare to see that in such luxury homes.
They paid Gene Simmons of KISS $16 mill for this and remodeled it. Basically a high-end flip. LOL.
That’s his house from his tv show?
When is new upload coming it's been 2 weeks
Love the home. The "art" is questionable.
This house is stunning. Big kudos to the designer,Max Nobel and the entire team
One of the most stunning house ever toured ! Warm atmosphere and absolute classy touch. Great job Enes team 👏🏼
First thing I'd do is burn the deadmouse statues.
The house is absolutely amazing but the “art piece” by the stairs is ghetto and just tacky. 🤷🏻♂️
After being big, now you don't care about your fans, there's no video and no one tell us anything 😒😒 bravo enes
facts
I am not impressed overall.
it feels like your in a museum setting, not a family home, good for corporate meetings maybe but not very liveable
The architect is about to get hit by the reality-check train
I love a good home especially with dark tones and good lighting, and this house it just it. Beautiful
What a beautiful home. Like you said, it’s a perfect combination of rustic and modern. I love how spacious it is.
Looks creepy as hell
Hell yeah!
That's why it's sexy
The tour👌🏾the music😭👌🏾❤ everything about this video is just amazing. Please keep doing what you're doing.
it has a balance between being modern and big, and looking homey and warm. very beautiful
*Blown away. Exquisitely whimsical, theatrical and elegant all at once. (And the KAWS statue alone is worth seven-figures.)* 🤯
These videos sell the house better than any agent ever could. Unreal
Watching this channel is always my weekend gateways for me. As always, this video is the art itself.
Just to know this level of luxury exists is truly astonishing and awe-inspiring. Thank you for the tour. Still not over that incredible door!
This house definitely is night house. The lighting at night illuminates and enhance the work they put in this house🙌🏼🤩✨✨✨✨✨✨
I think this is my favorite home on the channel. Just outstanding !! Thanks for bringing it to us
This group makes houses unlike any one else.
Thanks
You guys are great - our kid loves watching your videos to relax. We enjoy these quite a bit too. So calm and pleasant, without any bs, thank you for your work!
Of all the homes you have shown this one has blown me away utterly beautiful
Enes i’m so proud to see how much you have grown as a creator!!! I’ve subscribed to your channel when you had less than 20k subscribers and have watched almost every video since!!!
i think im gonna cry cos i've never seen a property that catches my whole and exact aesthetic, until now! im inlove with the exterior, that's exactly what i have in mind when i think about my dreamhouse. the wood grain pattern matches perfectly with those big steel case windows! im a big "industrial" design fan, so i appreciate the dark tones all throughout the house. and i would never think to put a peach color on the perfectly industrial lookinn exterior, but it actually work out so well!
this guy is living my absolute dream. he's taken my biggest interests, travel and real estate, combined them together, works for himself and traveling all over and presenting on amazing houses... all the while making quite a bit of money doing it. i am so jealous of this dude
What a labor love...both Max's work and the work that team Enes does!! Enthralling, exquisite and many other words I wouldn't use on a regular day!! Thank you
I ❤ Enes and crew especially his banter with Mikey!!
Fun drinking game: drink when Enes says “Fabricated” 😂
Thank you for the support!
watched probably every tour on both channels and this house is for sure one of my favorite ones. everything is just simple but beautiful and convenient.
I have nothing to say this home is just insane!!!
Good job guys really!
This is by far my favorite tour. I loved absolutely everything other than the red resin free-standing tub but amazing property
'adds to her visualization goal's board' 😅 love these videos for so many reasons- goals, inspiration for home renovations, etc.
Man o man, from the editing to the music to the high quality detail explanations yall keep getting better and I’m here for it all!!!
Appreciate that!
