How to do Scar Massage after Hand Surgery

This quick video shows one technique for performing scar massage on the hand, which is an important part of recovery after a hand surgery. Before trying this, please make sure your doctor has cleared you to do scar massage!

I have scar tissue from trigger finger it's so tender and sore but I been rubbing it still it looks better

It can be so tender! Be gentle with the massage, and try doing some desensitization first (rub it with a cotton ball or other textures, or gently tap it with a finger)
