I love these videos. The bbq episode was great, but I was very disappointed that Joe didn’t consider Brunswick Stew as part of the bbq classics in the sides. Also I’m all for a fried chicken episode.
Travelling to LA / Vegas in september and all these food videos have me drooling, but you should probably update the vid as i'm pretty sure a few spots have now closed down!
Just so you all people know, yes, birria is out go to breakfast (of course that being street food) and supposedly in Guadalajara is the place it is originated, don't know if it is true or not but they say they are the ones and I am going to belive them (sidenote, there in Guadalajara you will eat the birria as it is a soup, yes, in most places it is called consome but apparently it is not the same and don't you dare it is in front of any guadalajarians)

Harry annoys me every bloody time with his... We dont do mexican food well in the uk... We do you just have to find the right spots... Also where he lives probably affects it, theres plenty of great mexican spots in bristol for sure

You're talking about French consume. The consome with birria tacos is mexican. A completely different thing. Different foods can share the same name and be completely different depending on what country you're in. Before correcting something and calling it wrong like a 'know it all' you should have known before commenting
