Shaolin stick (staff) form Yin Shou Gun (阴手棍) with Master Yan Xin training together version.
This was made while our KungFu.Life Family had a Special Training in Ireland 2015.

I love that feel of hold stick in my hands and learn spins and movement... I learn this staff from you, its realy hard get that speed and explosiveness even close to you, its just beautiful to watch, can you please make video analyse of this staff, and better explayn each move to better understand? VolumetricSTUDIOS Thank you for respond, yes that weapon called (Pu Dao 朴刀)
KUNGFU.LIFE Um, it might be the same but I looked it up today and it was called "Guan Dao" I am not sure if its the same or not...
VolumetricSTUDIOS well its not same, look similar but the techniques little different and the size, weight as well. its idea for big person to train. and its a traditional weapons.
