Thank you! I just tried your recipe and it was DELICIOUS! I’m a fairly new vegan (4 months) and I’m always on RUclips looking for Dr. Sebi approved alkaline electric recipes. I fried mine the way you did and it was so tasty I ate several of them without any salsa! Thank you, thank you, thank you! It’s my new favorite food!!!!
I truly appreciate your spin with alkaline recipes. I find myself looking at two other alkaline cooks and using your ideas to step up the outcome. Every time I have been very pleased. Thank you so very much for sharing your gift and patience. May you and your loved ones be continually blessed as you continue to bless others.
Omaaaaa gaaaad you don’t know how I’ve been search for Sebi approved snack ideas. Making these tonight because I’m a smaller and Sebi approved snacks are not sold in supermarkets

Looks great will be trying, I love a good snack. Gone have to do my own re make of some chips Dr. Sebi approved. You gave me some good idea for my channel. I love your video and your effort to better yourself!!!!
Hello! Great recipe! I have a question: spelt, rye, and kamut all have gluten in them. Unfortunately I have celiac. Is there a gluten free chip option that's Dr. Sebi approved? Thank you so much.
What are you frying them in? I learned it's terrible for us to cook in olive oil like another commenter suggested. I've been frying everything I need in grapeseed or avocado oil like dr sebi suggests.
Bake them but spray them with pam baking spray first. No totally acid free, but 20 percent of our diet can be acid, in fact, it is needed. Or, brush them with olive, avacodo, oil. You use less oil that way and they still crisp up. Also, brush them with oil and put them in a Nuwav hot air fryer! That thing is amzing, get it at Bed, Bathe and Beyond
I agree that cooking with less oil is better. I have started to find healthier ways to cook some foods that I would normally fry. I did bake them and they turned out great. The air fryer is great as well, but I spray with grapeseed or avocado oil. I don't recommend using pam baking spray.
Your magical hands have relieved me of my pain and l can,t find a way of thanking you enough, thank you Dr Joshua Remedy for curing my horrible cold sore 🎄
Deep fried foods are not recommended. It is better to bake. You can, however, skillet fry in a little oil. Because there are people who are still transitioning, I decided to share this recipe as a better alternative to store bought tortillas or chips.
You're welcome! It depends on your condition and reason for the lifestyle change. For example, if you're trying to cleanse your system/detox or trying to lose weight, I wouldn't recommend consuming pasta daily. Otherwise, if you eat it in moderation and consume a good variety of foods that include fruits and veggies with lots of spring water, I don't see the harm in having it as a small side with at least 1 meal throughout the day.
That's a much better idea. I can't believe Dr. Sebastian approved of frying which creates a chemical called acrylamide. I see so many "alkaline" frying recipes. Baffling. Look it up.

Teff and amaranth also chickpea i believe
Hi what type of deep frying oil and brand are u using seem to be a lot thanks😄.
I prefer to use grapeseed oil.
What are you frying them in? I learned it's terrible for us to cook in olive oil like another commenter suggested. I've been frying everything I need in grapeseed or avocado oil like dr sebi suggests.
I always fry in grapeseed oil but avocado oil is okay too. It is not recommended that you heat olive oil or coconut oil.
What spring water do you use?
I use Crystal Geyser.
@@AlkalineMealIdeas Do you know if it is really bottled at the source? I am trying to find a good spring water to start drinking on a regular.
They state that they are bottled at the source. There are better options but they are more expensive such as Starkey.
Hello, what brand spelt flour do you use and where did you buy it from?
I use white spelt flour that I purchase from jet.com
Alkaline Meal Ideas thank you!!
You're welcome!
Can I use teff flour for these chips
Yes, you can use any approved flour that you prefer.
What oil did you fry them in? Grapeseed? Or what?
Yes it was Grapeseed oil.
Can you do corn bread recipe please.
I don't but another RUclipsr named The Healthy Vegan has a great cornbread recipe.
Can u do this in a air fryer?
Yes, absolutely.

Mine bubbled and inflated up. What did I do wrong?
That does happen sometimes. If you want to make sure that they stay flat try poking holes in the dough or bake them.
Awesome! Being on Dr Sebis diet how much fried food are we supposed to have?
Deep fried foods are not recommended. It is better to bake. You can, however, skillet fry in a little oil. Because there are people who are still transitioning, I decided to share this recipe as a better alternative to store bought tortillas or chips.
Alkaline Meal Ideas awesome thanks! Is it bad to consume spelt pasta and other approved pastas daily?
Another awesome recipe. Can't wait to try them. Thanks for sharing. Will be great with the guacamole.

Can these be prepared in an air fryer?
I think it should work. It's definitely worth giving it a try.
Yeah I think so
That's a much better idea. I can't believe Dr. Sebastian approved of frying which creates a chemical called acrylamide. I see so many "alkaline" frying recipes. Baffling. Look it up.
Got a pound cake recipe?
LOL! I'm still working on that. I haven't found an alkaline recipe for pound cake that works without baking soda.
@@AlkalineMealIdeas Baking soda to make the dough rise?
I need those gloves.
LOL...I got them on Amazon.
Deep frying can never be alkaline.
This was early in my transition. I now use different methods.
What is the new method? Thanks so much!
Why spelt and not Corn Masa flour? Also Fried foods especially deep fried are not alkaline ever! Why Grapseed oil? Are these Sebi ideas?
Corn isn’t Sebi approved. Grapeseed oil is
What kind of oil did u fry the chips in ?
