I think the purpose of this video is to incorporate more alkaline ingredients into your daily diet. She even said at one point she used parsley but you can switch it out with basil if you are following dr. Sebi strict alkaline diet. She never said this was a Dr.sebi diet for those who are saying what ingredients are alkaline or not
True, but she did say "Garlic is alkaline." There are websites that tout that too. But it is acidic on the pH scale. 3.9-5. Some foods may be acidic but Alkalizing to the body. Not sure if Dr. Sebi agreed with that though because he did not approve of lemons. I shoot for 80% alkaline. I like lemons, broccoli and almonds. :-/ AND Garlic! :D

Don't worry about the $ebi diet. He was just a fraud that sold overpriced herbs to gullible people. If you research what he "taught" (aka, Alkaline having any connection to Africa, mucus causes all diseases, etc) it was mostly BS...

Amazing video, you are very healthy looking, beautiful. I live in Mexico and have a great doctor who is also a nutritionist and he put me a 30 Alkaline regime. The only warning is against "juicing". He emphasized that nature already packages each fruit and vegetable so that it is balanced, for example, the juice of an orange is just sugar. When you "eat" an orange you get the pulp, fiber which balances the sugar and fills you more. Same for all fruit.
