It's not an easy thing managing this channel but your hard work makes it look easy tho it's not. Yes these are slightly more advanced, but a great challenge 👍
Of course, you can find players of all different heights in all positions. As long as you play the position well, height is irrelevant.

If ur not as physical always go for touching the ball quickly out his reach so go in and lower ur body so ur ready to move out of his way after u Tap away the ball

Michael does a 30 minute jog develop respiratory and physical fitness
Jogging for 30 minutes will only really improving your ability to jog. If you want to increase match fitness or football specific fitness then you should be trying to replicate the style of running you do during a game. You rarely run at one constant speed during football but instead regularly changing speed. I would look into fartlek training to boost your stamina 👍

Practice heading to improve headers, it’s really that simple.
The more matches you play and matches you watch, the more you will understand the game.
Skills and muscle develop from the hours you work on the training pitch and in the gym.

hello mate. just saw ur knuckleball tutorial,it was awesome. but ive seen thousands of tutorials on youtube, none of them teach U how to tilt ur body and hw to have ur kicking foot placed on the ball to exposed that sweet spot. could U make a detail shooting tutorial? appreciated😊
Tilting your body isn’t really something you think about mate, you naturally do that every time you kick the ball no matter the technique. Just keep practicing my man 🤝

Nordic curls are the best exercise for you hamstrings. You can Google the exercise if you’re unsure what they are.
Awareness develops through playing more matches so if you want to improve your awareness, play more matches 👍

Slight bend in the knees and leaning slightly over the ball with your chest while remaining on your toes will put you in a more agile position to move and change direction sharper 👍

I usually choose 4-5 exercises and perform 4 sets of them, making sure I’m getting a balance between both feet 👍

These are great but I feel like we get the same benefits + ball skill with your Maestro programs.
Hi Paul, there are definitely some similar benefits in terms of developing coordination, but remember as a footballer you don’t always have the ball at your feet.
Fast footwork helps with off the ball movement (changing direction, accelerating, jockeying).
It’s important to work on both 👍

Why don’t just use jumprope instead of this ladder tbh
Most football clubs use ladders but you can use whatever you want. You don’t even need to use a jump rope, there’s plenty of fast feet exercises that can be done without equipment 👍
