Your thumbnail itself tells that your surya namaskar is perfect ..The knee and leg is perpendicular which gives maximum stretch to hamstrings and calf muscles.

Excellent video! the verbal instruction makes it easy to follow along with both the asanas and breath coordination. I also appreciate the Sanskrit pronunciations of the asanas, it will help me learn them more easily. Please continue to produce great videos like this one, it really helps my personal practice. Both vedio yoga doing and audio are v leisurely explained like a mother to loving child feed.Our country's spesial is meditation and yogasanas that is internal care. Asanas take care of internals physically while meditation takes care of mind forest. Erase the forest and keep us calm and way to Godly path. Ur nearly docter ,preventing from human parts damage.Good content s like this(ur service) should spread like corona istead of bad things are.

Hi Sampada, thank you so much. Surya Namaskar can be challenging for beginners. It's absolutely fine to start with 2 rounds and slowly build it up. Within a couple of weeks you will feel the difference in the flexibility and stamina :)
Hi Blossom, I would recommend you do it very slowly after neck and shoulder warmup exercises. While doing padahastasana ( forward bending), bend just half way keeping the neck inline with the spine. Always practice to your personal comfort and there should be no pain as you are practicing.
Hi there, both are different variations. Some schools of yoga repeat downward dog ( adhomukha Svanasana ) , some do the plank and downward dog. Either is fine. I prefer doing the plank for some core engagement :)
