So this is from a Belgian TV show called (translated) "Man bites dog". It's a show where the crew goes to a different town each week and just comes to film peculiar things and the peculiar things they do. It's amazing because half of the times it's some hilarious stuff or something neat and still kinda funny like this. I really wish i would have the time to translate some awesome fragments to english from this show. This, among others is one of the most popular fragments and this man kinda became an instant celebrity after this aired. He died something like 4 years back and everyone in belgium misses him dearly.

@Jay M no one's flexing. you're aggro for no reason though. You'll never keep company of people who are well off if you treat any one who is well off like a rabid dog.
I'm 99% sure the subtitles are made up, and this guy is just making gibberish noises like the Muppet Swedish Chef for two minutes straight. Herdi gurdi!
That is just pure skill, to even pull in there without hitting something is unbelievable. Then to come up with a solution to get out of his car is epic.
And without having to come to a complete stop to see if you're gonna hit something or nah. Well he's gotten used to doing that, of course, but it still looks difficult as hell
After he pulled in, I was like, ok so his options are go out the back hatch, or somehow squeeze out of the driver side window. I did not expect the door opening into the living room solution.
I saw the door, but I did not see the backing up to get out, then having to push to get back in again. Having said that, he could have probably purchased a Daewoo Tico / Suzuki Alto and have 3 extra inches to spare, not to mention smaller doors (because 4 door cars) and maybe be able to not have to back up the car and push it forward again. One slip of the clutch and that door is gone! Poor Fiat Panda.
This clip comes from the show Man bijt hond (Man Bites Dog), a light-hearted show mainly centered on trivial, everyday news stories and common, unknown people. It originated in Belgium, but a version in the Netherlands soon followed. The show's title comes from the journalistic quip that the headline "Dog bites man" would not be newsworthy, but "Man bites dog" would be. This is not my description; this description comes from a Dutch encyclopedia article for the show, which I am translating from. (source: Dutch version of Wikipedia)

Judging by the videos I generally get recommended by, I thought he was going to crash the car but this turned out to be pretty cool stuff.

That was an M Night Shamalalalan twist right there.
I was wondering if he had a sun roof and was going to escape using a ladder tied up somewhere.

Sadly this old man most likely passed away by now, or is too old to drive. Love this kind of wholesome videos that show little stories like this
would've been 101 y/o now. He died in 2016
This clip comes from the show Man bijt hond (Man Bites Dog), a light-hearted show mainly centered on trivial, everyday news stories and common, unknown people.
@@brucenatorthere's another Belgian movie called Man Bites Dog, but it's about a film crew following a serial killer, and is a bit more disturbing than an old man parking in a narrow garage.

Still, crazy how YT's recommendations work at times. I hope this man is still parking his car to this day. Although he'd be 98 now so I fear that he is no longer among us and the garage has been converted to a bike shed as nobody has skills as awesome as he had with his Fiat Panda.
