This is the first video I've posted with no background music in the main 10 min talking segment, just wanted to test something a little different! Let me know if it's weird or not lmfaoooo thank you for watching y'all
This is the first video of yours I get to watch, and I love the no music. For me vids that have music while someone is talking makes me distracted. Also no music just feels a lot more personal
Love a cameraman enthusing about his gear. Btw, you forgot to mention the poor Bronica by name. I also have one of those bellows attachments and was wondering if I could convert it to mount some old petzval lenses to my S2 😁
I see that we have a few of the same gear in common--I too have a black F2, and a Pentax 67 (with a handle, but the beast needs a repair). I also have a big beast of a Kiev 60 as well...I recall you made a video of one a while back.
It’s crazy that Linus seems really chill, but then he’s also chill with his name going out on frivolous lawsuits about something as generic as the word “tungsten”. Can’t judge a book by its cover.
Imma be real this feels like a strange take about a content creator. I can respect feeling strongly about how cinestill handled the whole situation, but after seeing side-by-side comparisons of the cinestill 800t vs all the alternatives, it certainly doesn't seem black and white, let alone enough to judge someone so strongly about being on-screen talent with no input on business decisions. Maybe I'm being more generous to cinestill as someone who literally would have shot an alternative 800t roll, disliked the results, and then not touched cine film again.
The Universal Press, had the same problem but I figured out it was the lens, when I contatcted the seller he said the lens was cleaned and they didnt put it back together correctly, not sure if it was the same with yours.
Can’t tell from the video, but If that’s the regular 100mm 3.5 on your mamiya press, the focus is probably off because that version of lens can expand(turn and pull), unless it really has an issue with focusing..
I saw a lady youtuber a few weeks ago recommend that rolling tool chest, bought it because a third full size chess set is on the way and had to reclaim half of my dining room table. Mine is organized by misc gear in smaller top drawer for things like meters triggers, filters, straps. Top large drawer, 67 entire system, next down 645, bottom 35mm. It finally gets all this gear organized. Selling the 66 I hate square. It doesn't appear air tight but am considering a dessicant can for the rb shelf.
That Minolta TC-1 is so sexy. Been meaning to grab the black version but theyre so spicy expensive. Curious if you ever tried the Contax T3 and prefer one over the other.
There are plenty! As @anachronismic said below, there are so many awesome 90's camera bodies that are pretty cheap. I found a Canon Elan 7 when searching just now for $52, just would need to find a cheap EF lens
The nshika n8000 is such a garbage camera in its design and feels like a cheap toy that’ll fall apart at any moment. The lenses aren’t that sharp, they have a very small aperture, and camera blows through film. The editing process to get a 3d image out of the negative is much more time consuming than the normal film workflow. ……And despite all that it’s one of the most rewarding cameras of all time. I’ve gotten better at understanding how to play with depth when taking photos with it and I absolutely love the results that I get with it. The 3d photos can plop you into a moment in a different way then traditional photos can and it makes me wish someone would make a modern equivalent using a stacked array of phone cameras.
100% share your sentiments. It wasn't designed to still be in use 40 years after it was made, that's for sure. But damn are the images absolutely perfect when you nail them.

First time I don't need to pause the vid. It feels more relaxing
I think it worked well here because there was so much talking/so little negative space!

@@Palpo_picswelcome to the channel :)
I like it, less stressing to watch.
the effort of showing pictures of almost every camera🤌🏽
i forgot to put the leica photos 💀💀💀😭😭😭
Your lighting is off the chain and really makes these images!
My favourite part of Linus videos is this obligatory Willem jumpscare
LMFAO and no actual collaborative video on the channel in the 3 years of our friendship....just him way too close to the camera every once in a while
@@linusandhiscamera the best kind of friendship imo
My goodness ~ every single photo was absolutely breathtaking!
thank you so much!
Forget having a second film backs, gotta have 2 Pentax 67s on hand and then no need to swap film backs at all😂(I do the same thing)
exactly lmfaooo
the fact that you shot the stills for Show Me is insanneeeee. Those images are soo beautiful!! shoutout to you !
wasn't weird at all brother. enjoyed the collection!!!
Love that Bronica S2A! I’ve got one and love it! really want the bellows attachment
It *could* be such a cool camera once I get mine fixed!!
second cant wait to see ur collection/selection
ayeeeee thank you for being here!

I know I'm not the only one that watches the same videos over and over because Linus videos are so captivating
what lens did you use @8:32? this angle is so cool!
hey man - do you recommend somewhere to buy these older film cameras? for example you said you bought the Pro SD from japan
Bronica gs-1's are great too also 6x7 the glass is incredible as well.
I can't believe i've never even seen a photo of this camera before. woah
First video I’ve watched and honestly surprised at how economically sensible this collection is lol
I have a canon eos rebel g can I use ef lens also on this camera, in particular the same lens that you use ?
fire collection
appreciate you man!
@@linusandhiscamera no problem, I've been learning a lot from your stuff 💪
Great stuff
Bronica WooHooo 🔥🔥🔥

my boy got a mean collection
you already know nance

thansk for sharing. For the record, i do like how the eos1N looks ;-)

Oh, and it being sold lots of places for well over $250... home depot 160.
Now I feel less bad for “hoarding” 4 cameras :P
HEY! I have that exact toolbox in my office area as well!
where did you buy it?
Your Leica needs a new leather kit 😜 Nice video, thanks for sharing!
That Minolta TC-1 is so sexy. Been meaning to grab the black version but theyre so spicy expensive. Curious if you ever tried the Contax T3 and prefer one over the other.
Actually juste bought that same Olympus point and shoot camera and have that same issue where it turns on but the shutter never fired or opened once.
oh no way! damn dude i'm sorry
The hasselblad h1 has a built-in pop-up flash ;)
I didn’t know this! Now to my knowledge there are two MF film cameras with built in flash lol
If you really want to be pedantic the H2-H5 as well as their Fuji counterparts do as well 😁
Hasselblad H1 has a build in flash I believe. It's often ridiculed.
I hope that you have a product called SILICA GEL INDUSTRIAL STRENGTH for all those shelves drawls...
You can't have too many cameras! 😉
What’s the name of the husky drawer?
I'm so tempted to get a pentax 67 even though I already have a RB 😩😂
Surprised you didn't go for a Fuji GX680 for tilt-shift studio work.
getting one to test out soon!
🧡
that m1 needs some good cla i promise you :D
Hey what happened to the Kiev?
Don’t touch it willem
First love ya Linus
love u too!!
Hey bro can I get a film camera under $45
What do ya wanna do with it? There's point and shoots aplenty under $45, and like late 90s canon/nikon SLR bodies that are super functional.
There are plenty! As @anachronismic said below, there are so many awesome 90's camera bodies that are pretty cheap. I found a Canon Elan 7 when searching just now for $52, just would need to find a cheap EF lens
the lengths and money people will go to to not shoot large format... why spend so much money on a fancy little 6x6 tilt shift

Get your sx-70s fixed lmao
I'm wokring on it man lmfaoooo sh*ts expensive
@@linusandhiscamera I understand I have two and one I got repaired the other one I have yet to get fixed 😂
Yo Linus, can I pay you for 30 minutes of your time on a call? I have an idea that can help you out 👀
