摄氏160 / 华氏320 烘烤 30-40分钟
bake at 160°C / 320°F for 30-40 minutes

I absolutely love the videos from Apron!! I could watch them all day and wish I could do as well. I hope that soon they will consider ditching the music. The silent videos had such a wonderful ASMR quality to them and relaxed me so much and I really miss that. The recipes however look so easy that I think even I could make some of them. Keep up the good work!! (Not the music though).

Hi,maybe is the egg whites problem, you can try this side.Whip the egg white on medium speed until become bubble form,
and then add 1/3 of the amount of sugar with high-speed whipping to the foam began to become detailed and expansion,
and then add the remaining sugar begin whipping your egg whites on low speed until they become foamy and frothy.
It takes about 5-10 minutes to whip the eggs whites.
