More capable than a jeep? That’s the wrong question, solid axles and ifs rigs both have their own strengths and weaknesses, one is better sometimes where other times the other one is better.
Best idea for a lift is yes portals however portals are a weak point... there's a reason why I'm planning to build custom portals for my atv and that's because nobody makes a portal for my atv and it's the easiest way to lift it
Yes, any independent suspension improves with portals, from stance, to ground clearance... but even the most expensive lift won't touch the cost... not a realistic option for most... saddest part is some barbie will have one like this and it will never see dirt... sad fate of most broncos
For the price of portals I could put an early Bronco’s compete drivetrain in a new bronco. Solid front and all. Oh wait, maybe just buy an early Bronco and Stop trying to turn something that obviously wasn’t designed to rock crawl.
Having seen both the 74weld and the Bronco Buster portals. In your opinion which seems like the better engineered product? The 7Welds do have all the Hammer victories in their corner.

Do they meet the weight specifications need for the pallet of coolant in the rear to keep the eco boost on the trail? 🤔

Most broncos shouldn't see dirt without heavy upgrades. They are weak from the factory.

How do they drive daily down the road?
How much wider do the portals alone make the Bronco?
Around 6 inches total
Just buy a h1 then
It still looks ugly.
