It’s a lot of pressure to be the drummer, but when you’re the most competent one on ur instrument in the room it feels pretty good to drive the show like this drummer did hell yeah!
I agree! From the little I can hear from the bassist, he's very solid. The guitarists, barring the acoustic since he's drowned out, still sound like they're "finding their voice" at the time this video was made.
The whole band is really incredible in this awesome groove! But I have to give credit where credit is due. That bass, man. Together, the drums and bass rocked it.
Dude that drummer is hilarious....look at his face he's so into it. He's in the zone he's totally in the "I'm a baller and IDGAF" zone. Fucking gold mate.
Can't hear any bass :/ How disappointing. Looks like he's laying down some funky ass stuff over there. But this was a cool little jam guys. Good drummer yall got. Good vibes. Miss doing this with my friends.
ZAICLIFF BUTLER As a bassist myself, I have trained my ear LOL. I'm thinking the problem had to do with the headphones I was using when I listened to this first. I can hear it better now, but in the "mix" it's really not audible. The only time you can really appreciate it is when the guitarists aren't playing a whole lot. Around 2:12 for example. (:
Joseph Vargas ya I was thinking the same thing you were! I really miss jammin with friends! I used to play drums...still do, but now guitar a lot more. We used to have a lot of fun with little grooves like this!
All you people hating on this video are treating it like its a song they wrote, this was an improvised jam session. All they are doing is just goin with it and trying to find stuff that sounds cool, exploring. Jam sessions are basically musical experiments, not something that's meant to blow somebody away because of how awesome it is. Yeah there are a lot of things they could have done better but that's what the point of it was, to figure out what to do better so quit hating because you don't understand it. Groovy jam guys.
This is what friendship is all about. I can do tbis all day. Watching this makes me want to come over with food, drinks and my guitar. Love this video.
this video feels like it would be in an all time human best of list - this is one of the most creative and genius things i've ever seen humans do together
this just makes me happy, I hope you have all stayed close over the years with this type of connection is clear to see and hear you guys got the good stuff in the flow, creativity off the brain is sometimes genuis sometimes brutal but you guys were just enjoying the spirit and having fun and I felt nothing but pure joy hearing this. thank you all this was epic 🤟
Honestly I think the Drummer and Bassist are the best then the guy in the black guitar...the acoustic could barely hear. and again the drummer was awesome
I have been looking on YT for stuff like this to learn and see how a drummer "gets in the groove" because my drum instructor says I need to lol. This is helping me a lot since he seems to drive the entire room. Honestly fun to listen to and learn from observation.
these kids will get to say they played with this drummer one day..ive been drumming for 25 years. this kid has it. raw around the edges but very talented..
Nice groove! Sure is fun getting together and having an awesome jam session. This is what I do with my friends. The new kit looks and sounds great man and I love that Strat.

I feel so bad for the acoustic guy, the drums, bass and electrics drown him out
@@aliendude2875 Exactly! I wonder if they all heard him when they were playing or if he was just as drowned out as we hear on camera.
@@aliendude2875 it’s like giving your little brother the second video game controller even though it’s not plugged in
@@aliendude2875 I wonder if he could even hear himself lmao
some body needs to turn his bass up. give him a little room for some tasty slap fills too :D
was thinking the same thing
i thought the same thing
I was just gonna comment the same! Haha!
This is what I want to see more of on YT. Just a group jammin' out, not caring too much about it, and just havin' a good time!

Me too. There's barely anything like this out there. Seems like a gap in the market
@@MMXLXIXCDXX an extremely huge gap. Videos like this is hard to find.
Reminds me of my college days!!!

I would be so okay with having you as a neighbor.
M2m
I like the drummers style... he was the main one making my head nod
The whole band is really incredible in this awesome groove! But I have to give credit where credit is due. That bass, man. Together, the drums and bass rocked it.
3 guitarists, a bass players worst nightmare
Dude that drummer is hilarious....look at his face he's so into it. He's in the zone he's totally in the "I'm a baller and IDGAF" zone. Fucking gold mate.

Yeah we used the camera mic so it didnt pick up the bass :(
i can hear the bass :) i guess that's cause i trained my ear LOL

Bass life
not to be rude, but I feel like the drummer is carrying this. but still very fucking awesome!
Andrew Ransley It's always the one that sets the camera really
From the little breaks that you can hear the bassist, he's pretty solid, too. Other than that, they're being carried.
The drummer keeps the rhythm and band in line. Drums give the initial beat to play guitar to.
Doesn't a good drummer always carry the band?
wdym the drummers always carry-this is coming from a guitarist
i randomly searched jam session, this was the kind of video i was looking for, Just musicians having fun.
you need to check our stuff bro
that drummer save the chapter, have joy is the thing, good job
The drummer is the soul of the band. Fantastic job. I am sorry I did not see this until the middle of 2021.

Mad skills my boys!
I gotta compliment that bro with the strat. The ease of your playing...dude I envy it. You look like you're not even trying to play that one note.
Dude the drummer 💪✨..and all the members are amazing 🌠🤝
acoustic guy played the same chord from beginning to end epicness in all its glory
haha i enjoyed the hell outta this, dancin in my living room jamming out! PROPS

daniel tosh is good at drums
That drummer is absolutely fantastic
This is what friendship is all about. I can do tbis all day. Watching this makes me want to come over with food, drinks and my guitar. Love this video.

siiiick drummin and the conenction between allovu is awesome.

why cant my friends be this cool......
This just put a smile on my face
That drummers awewome
Great jam session guys! Brings back memories! This used to be my favorite thing to do. Drummer was on point!
When the strat makes space for the others? The silence is a note too, learn when to stop playing.
You guys sounded good! I really like the drummers style...not afraid to hit the drums! Kept a nice tight beat too!👍😎🎸🎶
Slay me. Drummer really kicks ass! Lay dat down. Seriously more people should drum like this guy.
I love it. I'm cooking and dancing:) if my dinner won't be ok that's your fault
Honestly I think the Drummer and Bassist are the best then the guy in the black guitar...the acoustic could barely hear. and again the drummer was awesome
Can't hear the bassist either :/
Nice cool soul funk acid jazz groove to this jam...2 thumbs up!!!
the lead guitar player in this video usually plays acoustic..I think this was his first time playing electric in like 4 years haha
Good bass, excelent slap solo. The black guitar guy too.
Thank god we have this instead of the radio. Ahh nice and organic. Thank You.
Super like. Love how into this you all were, especially the drummer. Bouncing with the music, can totally see you feelin' it.
great drummer, I can't hear the Basist so well but he sounds cool.
the guitarists should get mor practice... cool vid
Legendary I will say ! so much fun
LOVE that drum face man! we got the same one lol
All that's missing from this ensemble is a keyboard player!
That is a tight jam! Nothing beats improvised music. Sometimes you just gotta feel the jam
I have been looking on YT for stuff like this to learn and see how a drummer "gets in the groove" because my drum instructor says I need to lol. This is helping me a lot since he seems to drive the entire room. Honestly fun to listen to and learn from observation.
Missing home + Missing friends + Pandemic forced loneliness + high + THIS. Such a beautifully painful experience
Very 'Chili Peppers' styleee. Nice
Yeah thats what i thought too
very happy! happy is the most important thing in music.
The drummer is really having a good time. Look at him go!
Well, that’s what music is all about.
these kids will get to say they played with this drummer one day..ive been drumming for 25 years. this kid has it. raw around the edges but very talented..
Play that funky music white boy..... 😎
10:30 acoustic sore fingers check
Fuck that's the drummer I want in my band he understands groove and feel
This is what I totally want to do, an awesome jam session, I play bass but it's no fun playing on your own. This is awesome guys
Nice groove! Sure is fun getting together and having an awesome jam session. This is what I do with my friends. The new kit looks and sounds great man and I love that Strat.
Gotta love the one guy trying to be heard on the acoustic guitar lmao
56 jealous musicians who wished their band could jam like this.
The drummer have a very good groove!
Chad smith's son for sure!😂❤
This is sick! Gotta Love the funk
I think world will hear more about you in future :)))))) very nice. I like it! greetings from Warsaw, Poland.
Living room comfortable jam session... I would like it too, but I should live at the end of the world 😂
U almost made me dance
I love the drummer's energy. It's too good. lol
The drummer really makes this. Tight jam, I'm bout that funk!
Nice jam session
fun fun fun right on ...
What is that funky ass chord at the start?
he must have 28 neighbors. How could anyone not like this??
Bass needed to be turned up more.
But overall awesome jam session!
Mmm nasty, yeah pluck thats the spot!
Bad ass jam session guys. Now try experimenting just a bit. Getting out of that 4/4 time signature is a treat trust me :)
7 years ago wow
You're lucky to have such a drummer :)
LETS DO THE SAME CHORD OVER AND OVER AGAIN
+George Zoorob Jr ya it sure does sound good :) there are no rules to a jam session besides stay in key and have fun :)
+jas16899 Listen to Superstition by SRV...that's also based on 1 chord the whole song so pros do it too!
except that there are other chords... this is strictly one
These guys are talented as hell.
Drum really is a dominating instrument
Not only did I love the music. But I love your choice in sports teams. Go Gamecocks!
Solid groove, best part was you looked like you were having a blast! Fuck what anyone says, I was jammin.
Try using more than one chord
Interesting how they can jam just one chord for about 11 minutes.
Exploring a single chord is a great creative exercise. There are melodic diamonds to be found in every chord structure.
If they can jam like this on one chord for 11 minutes, they must be doing something right!!!
i agree 1 chord is boring but you also can play 1 chord a lot of different ways
But it’s so damn funky
Love the drummers energy!!
Play that funky music white boys ☺️
Awesome session! Like how the drummer sets the pace , and everyone follows his lead!
sounds like the RHCP Intro in hyde park
sounds good :)
great drummer!!!!!!!!!
mind blowing to whom? no I'm just kidding fellas y'all went in though!
Solid.
that one chord rhythm gave me cancer.
That drummer just gets it. ❤️
Thats so thunderbuter. Fuck yeah man!
Man, as a guitar player, this makes me want to go jam just for the fun of it :D
When the middle guitarist tried soloing my deaf little brother started crying...
Supee sick jam! I love the groove
This Lead guitar, NEEDS TO GO MUCH HIGHER VOLUME,.....AND add some more Flanger effects to it.
Ahhh sick
My nanny has more teeths than the notes played by the lead still luvd it 😈😈
the drummer feels the music...everyone else is tripping on acid.
The drummer can throw down!
God I would love to play with that drummer
