This is a good video to show why photography actually sucks. Certain shots you need to be there on certain days of the year, in exactly one specific spot, and have the weather be perfect. I went on a trip to Iceland and at a waterfall I met some photographers who had been there the prior week or two when it was cloudy and rainy the entire time, and was only just clearing up for the duration of my stay. But I got about 4 pictures of the waterfall before my camera died. There's a difference between someone willing to spend hours in the freezing wet and cold for a photo and someone just pulling their phone out with the 6000 other people and snapping a picture.
First 30s there is a thumbprint on, I guess the lens in the mid upper right. I literally spent a few seconds trying to wipe it off my screen. 😂 Then I went from full screen to half and the thumbprint moved with it. O

This is what I like about photography. You learn patience and humility because you can't just always get what you want immediately
