Identifying the Make, Model, Trim, Drivetrain, Transmission, Engine, and Fuel type of a car
True...not always easy to decipher. So one should do their homework first...especially for a car.

Some V30 cards may handle 4K just fine (per my experience)...but take no chances. Choose V60 and a name brand and you will be just fine.
Great video and information. Just got my Pocket 3 yesterday. I had sold another camera that had a Lexar 256GB (stupid me), so I picked up a new card. Unfortunately BestBuy only had a few available and no Lexars in stock. I ended up getting the SanDisk - Extreme PLUS 256GB microSDXC UHS-I Memory Card. It tops at 140mps write speed, so I figured I am covered there, and the card is also a speed class U3. While not on the "list" I did see a Sandisk 32GB, so I think I should be ok, as it is in the same "family" of cards.
The camera runs a bit hot, which may or may not be the card as I've heard others say the same **** does it run a bit hot for you???
- for safety I have a Lexar on order and would keep the SanDisk as a spare.
My only beef is that the magnet for the mic clip did not come with the Combo and DJI told me they can't help me since I bought it through BestBuy. Seems like a pretty shitty way to start this relationship. I will contact BestBuy tomorrow and see what they can do.
It does seem to run a bit hot. I've been using it hot and humid conditions in Perth, WA, with temps around the high 20's (celcius) and low 30's and it hasn't shutdown for overheating reasons so far.
What do you mean by formatting the sd card?

Hi! Just bought Pocket 3 and was surprised by all the notifications about slow card speed, I have Samsung Evo Plus U3, which I've used with DJI Mavic Pro without any trouble, wondering if it's really card or software problem? U3 should be fine with it, no?
You would think any UHS-I Speed Grade 3 V30 card would be fine but that card is not on the DJI recommended card list so you might experience problems I guess.

I ordered my camera and I also ordered a 300 mb/s UHS II U3 V90 SD Card. Its Canvas, will this damage the camera? I normally pick up any SD card, I never realised they had to be specific until I got this camera

I know you just wanted to make a quick video. But it would be helpful if you added text to the screen while you're mentioning a ton of different numbers and specs. Also you said your Evo has been "Working fine" But it would have been more helpful if you actually said what settings you have been using that are "working fine" I'm just trying to very if my 512 evo v30 sd card from 2022 is fast enough for 4k 60fps. This video left me still wondering.

Hi! You should format it in the Pocket 3 before using it. I always format my cards when I'm starting a new shoot (rather than delete the individual files) :) :)

Hi, i recently brought the pocket 3 and brought this memory card SanDisk 256GB Extreme PRO microSDXC card up to 200 MB/s, with A2 App Performance, for smartphones, action cameras or drones UHS-I Class 10 U3 V30 but my pocket still thinks I haven't put a memory card in. I formatted it in the pocket but still nothing
That's not on the recommended card list from DJI. How did you format it in the pocket 3 if it didn't recognize you put one in?

I used samsung evo 256 gb for the first time in my osmo 3 and it got corrupted and i lost all my data had a very bad experience with samsung .
I even format the sd in the osmo 3 before Taking any videos . The sd car d cannot be detected in laptop nor in osmo3 now did it happnd with you
