Hi, I'm just confused about which memory card I should choose. There is the SanDisk 256GB UHS-I V30 U3, with 200 MB/s reading and 140 MB/s writing speed, and the Lexar 1066x microSDXC™ UHS-I, with 160 MB/s reading and 120 MB/s writing speed...
Technically the Sandisk should work for you. Its just not on the dji recommended list for sd cards. the Lexar 1066x you mentioned is but be aware not to get the 120 mb/s writing speed as that is too low for the dji osmo pocket 3. Hope this helps.😁✌🏽
Ive got that scan disk, exact one and it doesn’t work with the pocket 3, did you get it to work? I’m about to return it to amazon. maybe if its working for you then i got a duff one ..
@@CaraKönigsblau the Osmo pocket 3 claims it can film up to 116 minutes in 4k 60fps. If you use one of the DJI recommended sd cards you should be able to achieve that. Hope this helps!
V30 card write speed 100-200 mbps read speed (Need a high speed card reader as the direct from camera is slow af) Memory size 256gb or larger. Multiple cards are best just incase a card gets corrupted. My recommendation is the 256 gb sandisk extreme. Most importantly is to make sure to format in camera and when you download every once in a while reformat in camera.
What do u recommend, SanDisk extreme or Samsung pro plus or SanDisk extreme pro fr pocket 3 and how much is read speed from direct camera as u said it's slow 😢
@@PradeepKumar-tq4ev you don’t need a card reader..it’s a luxury. It will all get moved. I use the SanDisk Professional PRO-READER Multi Card. $70USD. I’ve tried most on the market and these keep thing cool and cool is fast. San-‘Disk extreme
Hi my sd card is sandisk extreme pro 256gb v30 xc1 a2 and every time I transfer my videos to my laptop I need to copy them from my sd card to import is this because of my sd is wrong or what? By the way I’m not into technology and English is not my first language hopefully you get me 😅 thank you
Hmm. It’s possible your sd card is not formatted properly. I would try to rename the sd card once it’s attached to your computer and see if it will fix the issue.
I’m not so sure it will damage the camera. But it will have trouble capturing whatever footage you’re filming. Maybe not even capture any footage if your write speed is too slow for the pocket 3. Therefore, it would not save your footage but depending on the speed it may not even allow you to record either. Hope this helps.✌🏽😁
Thanks for the info. Just purchased an Osmo 3 and was thinking which SD card to get.
Awesome! Glad I could help!
THX man ! Needed this info !
Absolutely! Glad I could help!
Hello I just bought my osome pocket 3 after I’ve inserted my sd card is saying sd card system format not supported. Format and try again

Thanks for the video. As far as I can see, the Lexar you linked / use has a writing speed of 120 mb/s. Am I wrong? @@abesanswer

Great video! Quite a few people have asked whats the right SD card so this video will answer that question. Thanks for sharing!
I was definitely one of those people. that's why once I learned which were the best and recommended I had to share haha. Thank you so much!

Thanks for video, how about Samsung Evo Select 512GB? I know its not on list but meet specs.
If you have it, I’d try it! Of course like you mentioned, it’s not on the recommended list but I bet it would work haha
Will sandisk extreme not work with pocket 3? I have 2 extreme cards at home. I know with dji mini 4 pro it works.
Most San disks would probably work with it. Just know that it is not on the recommended list
@@andrewpiaf630 but memory storage would be lot with h264

Can i use v60 microsd for op3
I would check the write speed on it and if it’s no bigger than 256GB storage it should work.
I tested a 1TB card in my Osmo Pocket 3 and works, gives you an insane amount of recording time.
@@TotallyParanormalEvents that’s awesome! I’d prefer a 1 TB card as well!
Could you mind to share which 1tb card that you used?

Thank you for your presentation.
Absolutley! Thank you!
Great video Max
Thank you!
I hate when people read a ton of numbers out loud. If you could just add the text to the screen that would be helpful.
😂😂😂😂😂
😂 Yeah, I could see that. It felt weird to say it...good tip for next time!
Can u explain me what it means ?
Will 1tb micro sd card work?
I don't believe so. The max storage capacity dji says it supports for the pocket 3 is 512gb.
@@abesanswer it works
Did you tryed 1TB cards ?
No because the max storage DJI says the osmo pocket 3 can handle is the 512gb. 1TB would be too large and may not work.
unico a spiegare che sd comperare. quelle per GoPRO Samsung non vanno piu bene
