嗨!大家好!
我是傻大姐,来自马来西亚。我喜欢做好吃的,也和大家分享大马的美食做法.
今天做的这道马来香辣鸡,是一道很受欢迎的马来传统料理,看似红红,其实也不会很辣,非常开胃的一道马来菜肴,色香味俱全,做法其实不难!
材料A:
800g 鸡腿和鸡肉
1汤匙 黄姜粉
1茶匙 盐
材料B (辣椒糊):
15条 辣椒干 剪段 (热水泡软)
5瓣 蒜头(去衣切小块)
4粒 小葱头(去衣切小块)
1粒 大葱头(去衣切小块)
1段/20克 姜 (去衣切小块)
1段/20克 南姜 (去衣切小块)
2条 香茅
材料C(调味):
20克 阿三膏 (加入一些水)
50克 马六甲椰糖
1汤匙 蚝油
2汤匙 番茄酱
1茶匙 盐
其他:
1粒 大葱 (切片)
1粒 大葱 (切圆片)
3条 咖喱叶

The Malay Spicy Tomato Chicken I made today is a very popular traditional Malay dish. It looks red, but it is not very spicy. It is a very appetizing Malay dish with delicious colors and flavors. It is not difficult to make. !
Ingredients A:
800g chicken legs and chicken
1 tbsp yellow turmeric powder
1 teaspoon salt
Ingredients B (chili paste):
15 dried chilies (cut in sections and soak in hot water to soften)
5 cloves garlic (cut into small pieces)
4 small shallots (cut into small pieces)
1 big onion (cut into small pieces)
1 section/20g ginger (cut into small pieces)
1 section/20g southern ginger (cut into small pieces)
2 lemongrass
Ingredients c (seasoning):
20g Asam jawa (add some water)
50g Gula melaka /Palm sugar
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 teaspoon of salt
other:
1 big onion (sliced)
1 big onion (cut into round slices)
3 sticks curry leaves

Hai Shadajie.. Enak recipi ini.. Pandai sendiri buat Tok Guru.. Pasti lengkap nya.. Saya suggest. Potong lebih bawang besar 2.biji ,goreng hinggah kuning emas, bubuh 1.spoon kicap hitam, tutup gas dan bubuh 1 spoon gula kasar ,gaut sebati.. 3 in 1 ini tutup di atas ayam masak merah. Buat perhiasan, ini stye saperti mamak nasi kandar.. Apa Rasa.. Kamu akan ambil Champion di recioe ini.. Ok.. Be happy.. Be haeithy always. !

Bawang merah tiga biji potong nipis, goreng hinggah garing emas, tapis minyak, bubuh balik bawang goreng campur kicap pekat half sudu dan gula half sudu, kacau sebati, ambil naik tutup di atas ayam merah yg siap,buat perhiasan.. Ada pelanggan bertaya.. Tidak mahu bubuh Air Asam jawa. Ok.. Boleh tetaipi kena bubuh 2.keping Asam keping. ( step pertama.. Belachen goreng dan garam adalah paling mustahak semasa kita tumis bahan rempah dan cabai kisar hinggah pecah minyak, ayam haya goreng 80 per sent garing sahaja, tinggal 20 per sent tunggu isi ayam medidih.. Ini lah Ayam Masak Merah.. Gd job.. Shadajie. !

Prosess ini, goreng bawang, kicap pekat, gula, kena tutup gas, kerana periiuk kamu sudah panas, gaut sebati bawang goreng hitam baru cantik dan tidak boleh gam sekali.. Buat perhiasan di atas Ayam masak Merah.. Ok.. Kam Shia. !
