Ginger small piece cut slice 6. Garlic 2 cloves cut half 7. Little water Seasoning 1. Oyster sauce 1/2tbsp 2. Salt little 3. Gula Melaka few small pieces 4. Sugar 2tsp Turmeric rice ingredients 1. Rice grain 200ml 2. Water 250ml 3. Salt little 4. Lemongrass 1pc flatten and cut half 5. Ginger small piece smashed 6. Fragrant oil little 7. Coconut milk 1tbsp Method 1. Wash rice and set aside. Mix the water, salt and turmeric powder in a bowl and add to the rice. Add in lemongrass, ginger and fragrant oil. Mix and cook the rice. Once cooked, add coconut milk and mix well. Keep warm. 2. Blend all the ingredients except red onion 3. Deep fry the tempeh and bean curds. Set aside 4. With some balance oil, stir fry the chicken and set aside 5. Add in red onion and stir fry till fragrant. Add in blended ingredients and stir till oil is extracted using medium low heat 6. Add Gula Melaka and stir till dissolved. Add salt, sugar, oyster sauce and mix well 7. Add chicken and mix well. Add tamarind juice and let it boil. Then turn to low heat and simmer for 2min. Open lid and stir till gravy has thickened. 8.
