Agree with all that for sure…and would add that even a new race ready bike like ours, will need some fiddling, setting up and adjusting, but all the fun we’ve had is sooooo worth it😁😁
Great video. Learned all this the hard way myself when I first got into minibikes. Thought I was being clever buying a cheap pitbike off face book and throwing some 12" wheels under it. Quickly figured out how inadequate the suspension and brakes where. Eventually upgraded everything to suit. Probably spent more money in the long run than buying a motard out of the box. But I also think I may have learned more in the process of trying to compete with a less than adequate bike and upgrading it along the way.
Hello friend, I have a question. I have a Kawasaki kx250f and I bought some tires with a tire rim that a Honda xr650l had. I want to put those wheels on my motorcycle but the width of the honda axle is smaller I thought about changing the bearings of both wheels so that they work on my motorcycle, my solution is fine I need your help to know which is the best option I should take
Brilliant Video, my son has just started flattrack which is a cross between the supermoto and the standard pit bike. My son is 9 and uses a CRF110 with small wheels, but unfortunately this is a bit gutless on the straights as they only really use 2nd gear. Are the supermoto wheel sizes the same a scooter size wheels? The reason I ask is the flattrack bikes use road tyres with a tread pattern.
definitely not £2000 to convert it. why would all the bits you just mentioned now cost £1100 when the super moto already built is £1600. i feel like this video is biased to supermotos maybe because you don't do much mx pit bike riding but you definitely know more about super moto that's why your biased towards it in every aspect
Hi so tires are PMT ss and the wheels are 1x 12inch x 2.15 inch Front Wheel 1x 12inch x 2.50 inch Rear Wheel Link to the wheels www.ebay.co.uk/itm/166344091562?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=MxmeAqfSRCW&sssrc=4429486&ssuid=cata-wofrve&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY
@@Pitbikesonic76 Thank you so much, ive been having such a hard time find something that would fit my bike. I have a Chinese RPS Viper 150cc. It’s basically a Medium/full size dirt bike. Do you think these will fit by chance? I probably want to go with 12 inch, hopefully they dont look too small. Originally its comes with 14 back, 19 front
answered all of my questions. Excellent. See loads of cheap off road pitbikes for sale and wondered how feasible it was to convert.
Cheers Badger 🦓

Yeah, everyone has to put their own stamp on their bikes 🏍

Yes, 12-inch wheels are the same size as scooters wheels
Parker racing currently has them in stock.
my hand gaurd didnt save my levers haha , they rotated up and snapped the cltuch lever in half 🤣
But what if you sold the surplus parts off the mx bike? After all, they're brand new, so they should re coup some money.
100%, bud ! But your not get a lot for them as bikes are so cheap in first place .... but your make some money back!

Could I do a big wheel conversion? On that bake from a 17/14 to a 19/16
Not with supermoto wheels maybe with mx wheels
@ what about a size 14 inch superMoto wheel or would that be to big ?
I've never seen 14-inch pit bike wheels, only 12s and 10s
