Alec is 6.4...and in a crouched position he would measure somewhere around five foot two to five foot to five foot four. He would have to crouch to shoot Maggie in the head because I believe she was on her hands and knees with her head down unless he shot her in the back of the head. No one has mentioned that Alex could have been sitting in a golf cart when he shot them. Remember Maggie had a tire mark on her leg. This would account for the lower shooting angle as well. it was a 3 seater golf cart with rear flip seat charger) the top of the steering wheel is 49” making the seat 36” off the ground. Add Alex’s heights on the seat which makes him roughly 5’2”-5’4” firearm height. This is probably what happened ......with the addition of him driving up to the room in the cart then washing himself and the cart down and driving back to the house.....Seems more feasible. ruclips.net/video/8aYfUUMiyKg/видео.html

Everyone keeps saying the 2 guns make them think it wasn't him. We're talking about a deceitful (20 years) defense attorney. He used TWO GUNS to make it look like two shooters and to take the focus off of himself. What he didn't anticipate was Paul's very own snap chat video, Onstar, phone records, etc, that put him at the crime scene. He's a murderer. Guilty. If I'm wrong, why would the "real " evidence point to him and him only. My son was murdered and I've never heard of anyone putting up a reward for just a specific period of time.... that's ludicrous. This witness is bought and paid for by the defense, and he even says, "It's my opinion "... and you know what we all say about opinions. I'm surprised they even let this guy even testify. Trying to imply it was the cartel because most of them are between 5'2 and 5'5. I just hope the jury sees thru this bs defense play.

They say bringing an alibi up in first contact with law enforcement such as on a 911 call is a dead giveaway of guilt. And deliberate or planned revenge murders don't risk turning up and hoping for there to be weapons on site for each one to use.

He probably wore a disposable suit to protect him from tissue & blood. Then he washed off the using the kennel hose. Disposed guns & clothes wrapped in a tarp at Almeda. Hid guns there. Brought the tarp into the Almeda house & hid it in the closet. Drove back to Moselle 80 mph & called 911. He went back up to the house & grabbed a shotgun & returned to the crime scene. When the police arrived, he had the gun, as an explanation for GSR on his hands. He will get away with this because of that town. A family member went to Almeda & got rid of the guns & clothing. If you check the timeline, this is all possible & well planned.

The shotgun was located in Paul’s vehicle, along with an HDD rifle that “mysteriously” made its way back up to the main house after the murders (along with Paul’s truck being driven back up there) the Benelli was his but the black 300 blackout was Buster’s, Paul was just using it during turkey hunting season in Apri-May because he lost his camo one. Guessing that is the only one AM may have had access to without accessing Paul’s car. They regularly loaded shotguns with alternating buck and bird shots, I don’t think there’s any way to know whether (those empty bullet boxes SLED found in the trash) Paul had loaded the guns at some point himself or if AM did so that night after getting them out of Paul’s car. He wore the raincoat to cover himself during the shootings, washed himself off with the hose in the kennel, wrapped the blackout in the raincoat and put it in the suburban to take to Almeda where he hid it near the trees, then came back to retrieve it and dispose of it properly over the next few days. He wouldn’t have had to speed 80mph the whole way to Almeda, he just sped up significantly after he slowed to throw Maggie’s phone out of the window. I don’t think he will get away with the murders. Despite all that the prosecution has been unable to bring in as evidence of guilt, they’ve still managed to put together a solid case. The Snapchat video, the bloody smear of the shirt, the 20 seconds between arriving at the scene and calling 911, the blood on the steering wheel, too many things prove he lied when he would have no reason to if he was innocent. At best it might be a mistrial, but the state would just immediately attempt a new trial.

A 300 Blackout round doesn't have an offensive recoil so it's not supposed to leave a bruise on your shoulder BUT... a lot of ppl in the reviews have said theirs did for one reason or another. Imo that's why he aimed from the hip to prevent leaving a possible bruise. This was so premeditated I wouldn't be suprised if he'd been practicing shooting every which way to see the outcome. Those bullets are massive. I cannot imagine being hit with one of those. I think Paul lunged forward to try & grab that gun from his father. This monster deserves to forgo the death penalty & go straight to hell where he belongs.
