Right. Everyone was interviewed over and over again in law enforcement vehicles. Nuts. As if they wanted. the info then again they wanted to ditch the info if they felt like it later. Rogan, who is a key witness in the case said he called in to law enforcement to see if they wanted a statement from him and then they interviewed him in a cop car at a convenience shop parking lot. What?!?! Nothing was secured. The buildings adjacent were not even looked at, the house wasn't looked at until some time the next day and then it was only a cursory glance by one officer alone, guided around by Good Old Innocent Boy Brother John. The authorities never even bothered to check the victims phone until like a year later. A year later? When oops they found that Alex erased a bunch of stuff from it manually right after blowing his son's brain out of his head. They all wanted Alex to go free including this prosecutorial team and that's a fact.

I've investigated clinical incidents and shut people out so the environment can be examined before clean up. Protective clothing was always worn. Just being a viewer of CSI programs, I am gobsmacked that no protective boots were worn, deceased weren't covered by waterproof tents and visitors weren't evicted from the premises. This may well work in the defendant's favour. I really like this witness. It wasn't clear to me that there were only sandal prints during this testimony. The prosecutor is feeling under pressure too. No finger prints taken.

      Years-
3.4 million, and Alec still said, “it’s in progress” and he kept it all. Planned it all out and involved another lawyer to steal from the special needs children of his 20 year long house keeper, and person who raised his children while he boated and did events. Lol. Just so happens Alec’s phone went dead/ turned off during the time of the murders, his murder for hire he lied about just like he lied about the rest. I pray the jury sees what the rational people of America see. This family’s tyranny is finally over and coming to light

Typical of the defense to give the prosecution evidence the night before testimony on the matter.

I felt this Expert witness was very informative & pointed out important issues that SLED. Like all the other defense witnesses, the Prosecutions disrespectful attitude towards the witnesses was uncomfortable & unnecessary. Ppl can agree to disagree & still be cordial to one another.

I believe this witness testimony cast doubt on the state’s case. IMO the defense won this round. Not 100% sure Alex will be found guilty for murdering his wife and son.

Looking in as an observer I have concluded that Alex Murdaugh was the monarch of a large domain. The Ewing's of several counties in South Carolina. He, his family members and friends are powerful and have great influence in this location. I would not rule out that any of his privileged attorney kinships, family or his dubious friends would help in out in any way. To include lying and fabricating information.

There was dozen’s of people walking all over the crime scene. Alex tried to get a big crowd so it would cause a lot of confusion. He was on the phone the whole time. He is exactly where he needs to be.

I can usually quickly make decisions on guilt or innocence.......AM was crooked as a barrel of fishhooks but I am not convinced that he killed his wife and son. But I'm starting to think that the prosecution is maybe a little crooked themselves or just not great attorneys

I would have asked the prosecutor if he was getting paid to be there also. What about the judge. Is he getting paid to be there. The bailiffs, the stenographer. Of course they are getting paid to be there. It's their job. Why wouldn't this guy be paid to do his job the same as everyone else. What a jack@ss. I expect to be paid when I do my job. Doesn't everyone. Then he has the audacity to ask him how much he's being paid. Excuse me! I guarantee this prosecutor is making a heII of a lot more than this expert on the stand. Alec is a sheister for sure. And he's going to go away for a long time for all the fraud and stealing but there isn't any real evidence that he killed them. When this story first came out on dateline a couple years ago my only thoughts were that someone was getting revenge for the boat incident and the fact that Paul was getting away with Mallory beach's death and that he continued to be reckless and not give 2 $hits about it cuz he knew his family was untouchable.

Exactly Dick had already expressed that when using the experts it's very costly that is why he did not want them just sitting around waiting to take the stand.

I am for the State but will not undermine this mans expertise, I am sure he knows his stuff. The investigation was botched, lack of equipment or training, also the state does not have the money to have someone as this man to do the investigation of the scene,

How did they not preserve paul and maggie's clothing?! There could have been trace evidence from the suspect on their bodies? That was a huge mistake. And no foot covering during the initial walkthrough. This was not an acceptable way to go through this crime scene.

👉 “No sir, I do not know who she is & I agree with her when she says she looked & saw no other footprints. I can't tell that from a picture but I can tell from the picture that no attempt was made to find latent footprints. So what her eyeballs told her is mute.” SLED again drops the ball. Smh

Here we go…defense picking up reasonable doubt based on the entitlement showed AM. His family had a loooong history of being prosecutors and running that part of the state. Law enforcement takes care of their own AM and his family had power and deep roots in law enforcement.
