This build is badass, and I've already had some ideas in mind. I'm a mechanic, and nothing gets the job done like the excursion.
Helluva job. I’m pulling the trigger on a 2004 250 CC 4x4 this week. It’s a shop truck at the most reputable diesel repair shop within a 200 mile radius of me. The 6.0 has been removed and completely rebuild from the ground up, milled and everything & bulletproofed. All work done by shop owner and his son. Once I’m in possession of that rig I’m committing to a complete tear down of my existing 2002 7.3 with 370,000 miles that I bought new in 2003. After all the engine work & tranny is done and built up to be pure monster. I’ll be working on a whole new interior like yours. What did the dash work material ultimately cost?
My buddy just finished up & is releasing the Column helper this weekend so next up is the 02-07 Cluster helper but I don’t have a date on it yet but it’s in the works

he adjusts them tight and deadens the hell out of them. i’ll be following his deadening methods with one exception. 1 layer of a butyl type, one layer of thick closed cell foam, then for the floor the deadening mats plus new carpet. i do sort’ve what he does with my chevy. 99-02 adding 03+ things.
I just have a few questions for you, Is it possibly to swap on 08-10 or 11-16 Steering wheel and column only into a 2000 F350, was also looking into putting an 6.4 or 6.7 Center console and stain the leather and plastic gray. Have you seen anybody do the 6.7 Console with the 1999-2007 Stock dash?

You should do some dynamat or killmat underneath the entire headliner, door panels, carpet. It will sound way better and quiet inside the cab

Is it quieter because of sound proofing on the firewall or just from the dash?
Is it possible to make an 08 door harness work on an 00 7.3? Do I need to swap my entire body harness?
