The Army alone has over 1M troops and we have a military budget of multiple billions, tanks, drones and a superiorly trained military than the likes of Mexico. And when the Mexican military gets serious you see a lot of Cartel members die and leaders get captured. The problem over there isn't a lack of strength, it's a lack of integrity. The Cartels can buy off just about anyone in Mexico. There's a reason why they do not want to be sent to America to be imprisoned
