2. buy in bulk if money is not an issues

they can be used for bmp.
and rcf can be done with 4% gp cones. i.e. single cone obturation

typing many instruments used in dentistry is not practical.
i hope you get my point.
also our suggestion is to use what you have learn and people use around you and pay around you.
so invest only that much which is required and it must be depending on type of dental practice u want to set up.

almost all chair work same and mechanical things that u use will definitely have some problem with time.
best is to buy a dental chair which provides
1. immediate service in your area.
2. has a technician in your city or very nearby.
3. spare part mainly circuits are easily available when required.
4. inquire from senior dentist in your city. which chair they have and how is the service.
when i had to bought my first, dental chair i bought the one which was
1. economic ( no one in my city has the company that i have, but my chair is made in gujarat , my state )
2. easy to repair ( 90% issue with my chair , i repair myself. my chair company has kept things very simple and easy to repair.)
3. spare parts easily available for my local market. (so that i don't have to wait for spare parts to reach me or buy only from company.)
this are major points according to me
