    A great way of reducing negative thinking is by celebrating small wins:
    - It’s cute to do so.
    - It can motivate you to continue.
    - It’s good for your wellbeing and mindset
    And celebrating each small step creates a sense of purpose as you navigate life's challenges, whether big or small.
    So uhm, yeah.

    Not going to lie, this is criminally underrated, but the intro is a bit boring (and not really engaging) maybe adding some music would help. excited to see your next video bro! dropping a sub for potential
