    How often do you do pull ups cuz I'm shocked you doing them weighted (that's high level shyt). My bench is straight but my pull ups are trash, still pumping out like 5-7 a set body weight at that

      You gotta prioritize it. Do it 1st. Do it 3 times a week. Losing any extra b.w helps. I went from barely doing 5, to 12 paused now. Programming can vary. I do a weighted low rep, high sets day from a hang, a b.w restpause day from a hang and my 3rd day I do a 2sec hold at the top for 3-5 sets... i.e...
