You all have come so far in you fitness journey's which is awesome to see! Just a tip, I know the bar can be uncomfortable when squatting but it's best not to use a bar pad as this causing the bar to be quite unstable. Try a low bar squat if you find the bar positioning uncomfortable.
Bruhh cash is the biggest gym bro there and he broke the biggest unwritten rule of lifting: never touch the bar on bench press unless it’s going back down 😭
for the record, which this isn’t a bad thing, kris got so strong and swole off of weight gaining pills. James even clarifies by calling him a “big juicer” and taking those pills being a result in his new found strength at 12:18. Everyone has their own methods, but it’s less hard work and more pills to get to where he’s at.
the bicep curls are clear bs mine are 35kg and i´m a 180 95kg with abs male and 90% of people can´t even begin to try lifting 20kg with one arm and when they put the dumbbel on the rack almsot like droping it it´s clear as day that ain´t even 20kg weight
Kris might not be able to touch his toes but he did get those workouts in aye keep up the hard work the more your practice and try hard then it will just get better n better in the next work out videos let’s gooo moochie to funny 😂😂
sick video but gotta be honest, with the bicep curls there was alot of leaning forward and swinging and schoulder engagement and with the squats alot of them didn't really hit the 90 degree depth a.k.a half reps. not saying i could do it but form really decides if you can actually do it or not
