    I Did 225 for the first time. I almost had 235 but could only get it halfway up. I'm definitely gonna be doing the warm up. I remember when you start talking about doing this spoto press and I went from 195-225 in 2 months

      what more do you want?can you do 20 clean reps or 420? just keep reppiing out at 420

      @scienz I only hit 420 on the day I max out. So during my regular heavy bench day the highest I'll go is like 405. Which is cool, but I want to push further. I have a family and I work nights so it's tough finding a gym partner meet me at the gym at the exact time I need twice a week, because in the past forced reps would help me feel comfortable enough to move up in weight for my program. So I needed something I could do solo.

      @jaydag24 its all about progression. you have to rep out clean at 405 on the regular before 420 becomes a normal easy thing

    I hurt the tendons in my left hand from my last bench session 4 sets of 8 at 225lbs. I think I let my wrists bend back too much and was ignoring the pain for a while and wearing wrist wraps. Now I’m just trying to rest in general from the gym and let my hand heal, almost everything makes my hand hurt. Tough not being able to lift like I want to

    If my gym doesn’t have access to the Viking press is standing barbell press optimal in the 6-8 rep range? For seal rows I’m guessing the next best alternative would be bent over rows (slow and controlled)?

    Awesome bench how many times a week do you hit bench? Ive been doing every 5days or should i cut it back to maybe every 6days?

      I hit bench right now about 2-3 times a week… every 3 days.. so some weeks 2 times and some 3 times a week ex. Monday-Thursday- Sunday - Wednesday- Saturday- Tuesday- Friday - Monday-Thursday- Sunday repeat …

      Hey bro … There is no back on cycle there was no cycle to begin with …look at everyone else you actually know is on gear and then look at me and how long I been doing this.. There has been no decline in strength or size in 10 yrs… 10yrs

      @@Anthony-lq5bx nah bro i get it like I really do im 6ft 245 500 is alot but also its only slightly above double my bodyweight , Im just clearing the air with my statement that all.. Ive been stuck at 500 for 1 rep and 520lbs pr for awhile but I realized I don't have to train like a powerlifter and try to fit in all my lifts in one week, especially since I don't take days off my recovery was suffering. So now I just focus on 1-2 lifts instead of 3.
