Nope, as you can see, she is not flinching because she’s completely numb. Underneath your skin, you have less pain receptors, so what they do is they completely numb, the top layer of skin and then all that you feel it’s a really big pressure. Even if they use a thicker needle, she wouldn’t feel anything. it’s the same for most types of Botox and filler, at least in my experience. If somebody does cause you pain, I recommend you find someone new, because that shouldn’t be the case. They’re skipping out on you with the anesthesia or they don’t have the license to get it. The most painful part of filler is after the fact because you feel really tender
Thank you !! Our patient was not numbed here! Here, she is receiving botox, not filler. Sometimes for filling of the lips we will numb our patients, or upon request. However, botox injections are well received by our patients! With masseter botox specifically, patient's may experience tenderness at the injection site for the following 24 hours, but it is rarely enough for our patients to report :)

Honestly it doesn't hurt at all. You might get a little sting but that's it. I have the full face done with no pain.
First
That old bag has to do this to the young people or else she will be on her own. Sad.
