straight pipes cat-back exhaust system mod; Resonators and mufflers are replaced with straight pipes.
do not cut or modify the catalytic converters ! so there is no sensors to play with, the modification is done to the stock cat-back only! replace it's two mufflers and two resonators with pipes that has a 2.5" diameter, ... enjoy ...
NOTE : the standard SE charger comes with a Y pipe and one muffler in the middle, then two resonators at the back, replace them with pipes that has the same diameter, I AM NOT SURE IF SOMEONE HAS DONE IT BEFORE TO THE SE MODEL, I DON'T KNOW HOW IT WILL SOUND, BUT I DON'T THINK THAT IT'S GOING TO SOUND ANY DIFFERENT...

I own a 2014 SXT 8 speed charger and just added the straight pipes and sounds the fact way. Sounds amazing, many people said it wouldn't since its v6 but after it was done I got many mind changes. It's just Loud AF! I'm from Texas got the job done in Louisiana $260.
you're not sacrificing HP with no backpressure. that's an old myth that won't die. all you need is optimum exhaust pipe size for maximum exhaust velocity for the RPM range you operate in. larger pipe = less low end torque, more hp up top. Too big of a pipe can hurt you all around if you get too crazy. but it's not about "backpressure", it's about exhaust velocity.

Uhg., your rite but wrong at the same time with regards to back pressure & valocity.
A naturaly asperated engine can go almost any size of pipe if the cats are left alone as thats were your positive pressue is built and regulated with heat...the hoter the cat the more pressure it builds., this does not occur at the backsid of the cat but befor..everything after the cat is represented as negative pressure., i/e the thermal slug thats regulated by diamiter of the system through its remaining components i/e mufflers and regulaters...
Thats why., if you remove a cat., you go from a larger diameter pipe to a smaller pipe and vise versa to ofset the negative pressure slug to stop the pressure gradiant that eould build inside the cylander...
Even with optimum flow., you only build on average of 1-5hp...but a detremental system can loose 25-50hp...and cause damage to the uper part of the motor

I just did a resonator delete and two mufflers delete on my 2012 dodge charger sxt but then the sound change any adias why, it used to sound raspy no it sound deep
Just did this to my 2013 Dodge Charger SXT, out here in Anaheim California, Went to a place called La Cruz Mufflers, payed $120 for a muffler and Resonator delete, sounds just like this !

What exactly did you have done on this one? not other options please what was specifically done on yours? I have heard some that have purchased an aftermarket cat-back and it sounds like an import ricer.... Did they just remove the mufflers and resonators or what?
There is a HUGE difference between imports and ricers. You should look up the comparison videos on here to learn when to talk about things you clearly don't know anything about.

Fuckin dumbass you can't do shit to the slow 3.6 hog you have options all over for cams superchargers headers intakes chips for the 3.5. My 2010 charger has inertia cam, jba headers, custom 93 octane tune and I guarantee I'll fuck any pentastar up in a 0-60 or a quarter mile. there's a reason 3.6 l are put in minivans😂😂.
Winston Basset The 3.5 has stopped production for a reason. Because it sucked. Notice the VQ35 in the Maxima has been in production over 10 years and still going strong. Because it is a great engine. The Chrysler 3.5 is horrible crap and everyone knows this. How come you don't? Maybe that's is all you can afford??

Hey please reply to this! so all I need to do is ask my shop to do a cat back on my 12 charger? any special sensors or anything to be added? and does it slow it down because it's minus back pressure? and what does it do to gas mileage? I get 26-27mpg.... and may 2012 will run 143.... I don't want to loose that.

I have the se. I put a cutout in before the muffler and get the same sound at the same loudness. Except mine will only go 120mph.. Need a tuner. Lol

Awesome setup! How bad is the drone? I have flowmaster super 44s and there is drone but I want mine to sound like this.
I've got flowmaster 40s on mine, and every time I go over 3k RPM, they just cut off on the sound. Does this happen with yours as well?
Yeah it quiets down a certain Rpms. I have now cut the mufflers off and put pipe it sounds awesome!

+jooler faraj it's loud in a good way! i have tried the magnaflow mufflers and I am sure that the noise of the magnaflow is too bad, so what am trying to say is the noise of the straight pipes mod is pretty damn good ! and exciting !!!

With remote start you have to push the start button while the key is near before revving or putting into gear, its a security feature so if someone jumps into your front seat when you start it from a distance and they try to take off the engine will shut off.

Replace the stock cat-back exhaust system with custom pipes cat-back ( without any mufflers or resonators ), or you can modify your stock cat-back exhaust by replacing the mufflers and the resonators with straight pipes.
