Nips, toes, sweat... most judgmental, superficial comments. Thank you so much Mel for actually being authentic. Clearly we need way more of it in this world.
Sadly as a woman of color if I went to a store looking like crap, I might get followed. We have to acknowledge that not all of us can completely free ourselves from social norms without major consequences in this nation. At the same time, I do believe we must find places to show up as a true authentic selves😊
You daughter has a gorgeous voice!!! As for your video after yoga, you looked like you had just left yoga, thanks!!! I love that you are your genuine self in videos, meaning sometimes you look like a real person does at home and don't feel the need to always have coifed hair and makeup. Thanks for keeping it real. 👍
@@JennyGastonI relate. I will go to the mall with my husband of 31yrs and didn’t give. Shit. I had flip flops and my hair was messed up with nice scarf and earrings with basketball shorts and T-shirt but I knew that I own my house, I had the best job at children hospital and money in the bank to get whatever I wanted if I wanted. My parents were hard working and raised me with Morals and respect and values and if anyone judge me I didn’t care because I had my shit together. Love You Mel and please don’t begin to take any of this any way! WEAR THE VALENTINO’S WITHOUT NAIL POLISH. I’m Soooo For It!
My daughter is a tattoo artist, and tattoed all over her body EXCEPT her face. In the beginning I was horrified, people stare at her. But now I am so FREAKING PROUD of her, she owns her own business, purchased her own house, has a GOLDEN HEART, has raised money for the unfortunate, and is socially aware and gives back! She was SELF TRAINED, did not go to college but COULD HAVE with her grades. People judge her by her looks, but she is the most AWESOME PERSON I KNOW!!!!!
I'm glad that more girls are finding themselves young and living their lives the way they want to at an earlier age instead of having to find out who they are and not give a crap later in life. They have so many more years of being free and being themselves. This is what our mothers and grandmothers and great grandmothers wanted for us. Good on your daughter for living her life the way she wants to and also being so socially aware. We need more young people like her.
That’s absolutely nothing to worry about, Mel looked fine, I’m glad she didn’t give a shit. Mel’s comfortable in her own skin , and I’d like a body like hers. Open toes shoes, are they kidding ? They need to get real, and if you want to stay in the sun, that’s up to you, let them go into the shade. ( Let them 😉 ) I think these ladies are a little snobby to be honest.
Totally Agree! I love MEL even more now. Talk about uptight and freaking Puritanical. Mel was with all women. She had to cover her nips. Get outta here. How does she work with them? They wish they could be as cool 😎 as MEL!
It’s shocking how women are always the one judging other women. Men wouldn’t care if their male colleague is exposing his toes or is shirtless. Who gives a s* that your nipples are showing during a meeting with 4 other women colleagues in a very informal/ casual environment? Come on.
As I said in another comment, there is nothing wrong with wanting to see a video where the person doing the podcast has cleaner language. It doesn't mean the person who wants that is 'uptight', it just means they want more clean, respectful language and there is nothing wrong with that.
Oh my goodness these ladies are wayyyy too judgmental!! I could NOT work with people like them much less want to be friends with them. They are way too uptight. Keep being YOU Mel! This is why we love you!! ♥️♥️♥️
Im sure these women are great people but they are a true reflection of what society is struggling with. Being authentic to who we are seems to be unacceptable.
All I can think is your team is too uptight ;) I love that you don't care what people think. it's an inspiration to many people that always feel judged by others. Also, I think that playful don't care nature could have something to do with ADHD, because everyone I know who's diagnosed, are more playful and less serious. Thanks for being awesome
I TOTALLY relate to your eye-opening comment re people with AD(H)D being more playful and less serious!!! Thanks for sharing yet another reason we are so fortunate and awesome! 😊
Maybe so, but I do wish she would watch her language a little bit. I've watched a lot of her videos now and have noticed more and more that she will let F bombs and the 's' word slip. She can get her point across just as well without the constant 's' and F words. With the language she sometimes uses, my grandmother would be a bit offended by her videos.
That first part was a hard watch but shows you exactly why you shouldn't care what others think. Those ladies have been conditioned by societal standards and expectations which have made them so concerned as to how others view them which causes them to judge others, it sounds exhausting.
absofuckinglutely - that they care about whether or not someone wears open toe shoes to a meeting? jeezo, surely they've more important things to give a shit about, yet apparently not. I would NOT get on with either of those women and really bloody glad I don't have to work with people like these - they came across as total mean girls aka you have to think like us or we'll judge you. for grown women to be like this is sad af.
The judgement in this is unreal!! Is Mel not giving a shit or keeping it real? Mel, I love you for what you are not...I salute you for bringing humour to this - cause damn, I can't - the average woman on my current continent cannot afford good, supportive shoes for work, standing all day - nevermind judging another person for (assuming they had choice) in footwear. Ugh, I bless these ladies with deep empathy and compassion for the unknown situations of others, I bless them with the deep knowing that their exterior look/presentation is finite and fleeting and I also bless the shit out of them with gratitude and humility for their 1st world problems. Rock on Mel, with your tits out all the way, your bare feet in the dirt and letting the F bombs rain down in glory! You are authentic, real and natural - a breath of fresh air in a plastic society.
Naming the point of view (HR) does not cover up that these practices/the advice is rooted in judgement. Somehow natural and even 'not pretty' is perceived as wrong. Even if corporate/societal norms are the driving factor, it does not make it just, inclusive or kind. Yes, boobs out around an immature group/corporate is highly inappropriate. This is not the case here though...Did you notice the refined wrongness for being more natural? The lady needed Vitamin D, can we allow her to do what her body requires without making it wrong? Did you hear that having blood vessels dilated in the face after exercise in a hot room is now 'looking like shit'? I don't prefer it AND it is okay if you are fine with that sort of setup too. I would like to see less shame and wrongness when it comes to the female (in particular) body, and other natural body processes, especially from other women.
@@elizabethbooth7084 I am speaking to that part of you (and the part of the collective) that thinks; looking pretty will protect you, that you need armour to be amongst strangers, that not being made up is "your worst", the part that will avoid getting a coffee even though you want to - because your face is red and you fear judgement so much, you got put yourself right (according to others) first. Only because there is so much more to humans and what we look like is overemphasized in the current culture. I don't agree or disagree with you.
I am here crying Mel. Thank you. ❤️ I was bullied in corporate America and i wasn't a shark. This was so healing. Not the right fit. I found my purpose and I am grateful for the experience and for the opportunity. I learned a lot.
Mel, you devoured this. I adore how at peace you are with yourself I don't see anything wrong with you showing off your feet or being at ease in your own skin you are so genuine and honest and don't put on this façade based on society insecurities and preconceived notions.
@@now591 It appears to be a catch-22 I understand what you are saying because some people place a high importance on social customs. I believe that in some circumstances acting a specific manner would be respectful. Personally, I find that letting go some of the formalities of personal settings makes me feel more honest and relieved. Having respect that goes beyond decorum and just having genuine interactions without formality can be positive. :)
Mel Robbins is my spirit animal! I think this is why I'm not invited to meetings at work. 😂😂😂 I just don't see anything wrong with any of the moments they were all 😮about.
I can’t tell you how badly I needed to hear this entire episode. I’m a self loathing SOB and have imprisoned my 50 year old self since the 3rd grade. Thank you for being real and bringing humor into my day.
I love you so much and what you’re saying here about NOT caring!!!! Who the heck cares if your toes are exposed at a meeting!!! What the heck do your feet have to do with your character or what you have to offer? You are sooo GENUINE! I think it’s refreshing! At almost 50, I’ve lived my entire life caring what people think, and listening to you is sooo inspiring and FREEING! I finally don’t give a shit, and it is liberating!!! How you’re being described here is exactly why I LOVE who you are!
You nailed it Mel! I used to worry about how I look till my early 30's, I am 36 now, I have some fine lines when I smile and some adult acne which a couple of years ago I would spend an hour covering it..Right now literally I don't give a shit, I am perfect in my own imperfection!
Right?! But in her previous corporate experience.....as if that justifies ANYTHING. It doesn't. In fact if a corporation says "this is acceptable" you can bet it's the most bland, generic, vanilla BS designed so as to not offend anyone ever, even your 90 yr old grandma whose style sense is rooted in the good ole days of the 1940s.
I never comment, ever,…but Mel, you are a saint for keeping these young ladies in your camp. Ladies, take notes. You are going to age & your comments will be brought up sooner than you can imagine….then look out! & probably in a way you will contact Mel about b/c you will feel bad.
I think telling Dr. To use her title as Doctor. SHE Earned it! And she's a woman that had to work even harder! Men still have it easier. So good for you to tell her to embrace her title! ❤
Only 20 minutes in and sounds more like they have their own insecurities & are putting too much energy into shit that doesn't matter. That's why Mel is the boss & a mover in her life. She is putting her energy & focus on the things that matter to move the dial, to better show up to the meeting to be a cleaner in life.
U being u is what we luv about u and please don't stop cussing. A wise older woman once told me "it's none of my business what u think of me" and since she told me that, I live by that. Thanks for being real!
I resent how your staff takes such enjoyment in finding such fault in your actions. I hope they have your sense of humor and confidence as they age!🤔🤨😍
I don’t like how these women are talking to you. You are great Mel. Keep being you! Glad you are open to Criticism, but who cares to hear it. I get the message, I just think listening to them reaffirms to care what other people think. They are always going to judge. Love your authenticity.
Being authentic is so important. Connecting on a real level - really needed these days. Yes, there are social norms, however, being free to carry yourself without self critical judgement or from others for that matter, so good for our mental health.
Big takeaway is to ask, what do I value? Why do I get worried about what others think when I am doing something that I value? That’s huge. Thank you ❤️
I listened to this today while working out and I LAUGHED OUT LOUD sooo many times!! It is a freeing escape not to give a $hit about what anyone thinks about you!! It took me a minute, but I am at a point in my life where I CARE NOT!!!
Mel, I agree with you!! The person that criticized you with all those cruel things behind a computer is unhappy with themselves. You’re so Awesome and smart and loving and helpful towards everyone. It’s obvious they are jealous and don’t like their life. It’s sad that people waist energy cutting people down!! Thanks for all you do!! You’re so inspiring ❤
Good for you Mel! I’m 74 years old & not happy to say it took me to age 60 to stop worrying about what other people think of me. As a lifetime empath, I’ve been a kind, loving supportive & successful person but self acceptance was my challenge. Life is soooooo sweet once you stop the constant worry. I’m sorry you have to work with judgmental people.
I love whats happening here in this podcast. So it's completely refreshing to see beautiful grown ass women keeping it all the way real, being completely honest with one another and not taking huge offense and getting mad at their friends or coworkers for telling them how they really feel or what they think. I love the acceptance and I love you Mel Robbins not only because of you as a person but bc of your embracement, courage and being so transparent for other women who desperately need these things in their own lives, including mine. Thank you ladies!
I love the advice you gave Dr Amy! She deserves to be recognized for her accomplishments. I think she felt undeserving and self conscious about the title. She should be proud if it!! Please don’t censor yourself to conform to society’s “rules.” We need more authentic people in the world! Open toe shoes and sunbathing at lunch should be acceptable behavior!!
Thank you!! I have always cared what other thought because that was what my mother always taught me. She was raised very co-dependent and could never see that it was wrong. She raised me the same way, my father was always very demanding and I was taught to always cater to the men in my family. Never talk like I am smart, because someone may think I think I am better than them. Well I am the only high school and college graduate in my family and I deserve to be free to speak the way I want to. It is not my problem that others are so insecure that they feel put off by my intelligence. I have a bachelors degree in law, I am a paralegal at a very large firm and I should be proud of that not made to hide those facts because it may make someone else feels a certain way. That is not my problem. Your videos and podcast have been so liberating for me. Please never stop speaking the truth. It took me 50 years to embrace who I am. BTW your daughters singing made this military mom cry. She has an amazing voice and hope she shares it with the world.
Holy crap!! I live barefoot as often as possible! I am a Massage Therapist & Reiki Master. When will we evolve beyond antiquated "nipples & toes must be covered" male demeaning women, thinking???!!!! I am so happy Mel rises above this nonsense! I am truly shocked at these corporate women and their boxed in ideals. Hopefully Mel will help them to ease up and see how free REAL WOMEN can be in their own confidence. Hugs to you all!! I am still trying to get this!! Love, love, love YOU, MEL!!!!! Be.YOU.tiful.
We absolutely love you Mel for not being afraid to be yourself at all times. In fact, this is one of the sexiest traits you have. You are definitely a heroine to me for helping me to learn how not to give a s--t what other people think of me and being more thoughtful about what I really care about. ⭐️
I lost confidence when I lost a lot of hair and was ill but have recently hit record again. I agree it’s important to let people see you not being some impossible perfect ideal all the time. It’s been hard though.
I LOVE this about Mel - too many people only show the glamorous version of themselves. Reality is what we need to see. I can tell Mel does this because she’s trying to help herself first and her listeners if that works for them!
Wow Mel! This podcast really hit home for me! I'm a guitarist/songwriter and performing my songs for people can be nerve-wracking because I've given a shit what people think of me and my work. What you said about Kendall at the end had me really thinking that I've been doing the same thing - keeping myself in a cage and not sharing my truest form of self expression. Thank you for sharing this and I always learn so much. I love you Mel. Please keep up the good work of sharing all that you learn in your life with us in your most authentic way.
The problem is when etiquette, corporate, words are used.... Mel is real and I love the transparency, openness and genuine open and honesty she transcends is absolutely awesome and ladies like me resonate with her go Mel ❤❤❤
I spent most of my life hiding, camouflaged myself so I didn't stick out and have negative feedback and look foolish, I was depressed and practiced self preservation by being invisible.. I'm now 54, overweight, colour my hair blue, pink or purple because I don't care now, I'm a Reiki healer, I found that people smiled and say positive things about my hair, if I can make just one person smile for the day then I'm doing my job ☺️ if they are happy, I am happy 😊 you do you boo❤
Love you Mel. More people need to be raw and real as you are ❤ I'm raw and real and some people just can't handle it. Its not like we are disrespecting anyone or hurting anyone. We are just real and down to earth. Totally agree with you. It's so freeing.
I love that you are you and that gives everyone else to be "real" which as women we have been told to shut it down, look a certain way, don't be to smart etc Women think they have to be perfect and wait until everything is in perfect place. meaning we never do the things we want to do. Be you Mel
Mel sweetheart, I so appreciate your thinking. To be comfortable being your authentic self. To choose how to act, dress, and speak around those you know and don't know. It shows respect for them and yourself when you think just beyond yourself.
Came over for the photo and it did not disappoint!! Saturday I wore a top to the farmer's market that I love but never wear because it doesn't work with a bra. It def pushed my comfort zone as I felt I could see my nipples more than I'd like. I wore it, got a complement and lived to tell the tale here! Wooohooo! Giving less f*cks every day!! Love you so much Mel and team!
I watch Mel Robbins because of the funny things you make those things that we all do in regular life, normal and funny and make us feel less of a freak because we don’t talk to about these things that we all do these things but we don’t talk about them, but we feel bad about ourselves When we look like shit and we feel like shit and we don’t want to see people but you’re like fuck it this is real. I didn’t want to show up today and look what happened when I did and you can do it too. I mean that’s the best type of encouragement there could possibly be.🎉❤😂
This is why you are such a big name, making so much money and they work for you. You are real, you show us what is possible just being ourself. Keep breaking the rules and leading the way for us ❤
Wow! How can you relax and be free! I must break a few rules too. I think about living more than making errors. This is getting hurtful. So many love you Mel. We have your back. It’s amazing how judgemental some people are. Life is worth living without worrying about not always appearing perfect. Thanks for keeping it real Mel! 👍😊 THANKS FOR LOVING YOURSELF NO MATTER WHAT! Great role model on air.
Honestly I just love how real you are Mel and see nothing wrong with what this lady is bringing up that you did. Keep being your real self Mel. Some people just overthink everything.
I LOVE all the REALS of Mel Robbins. I identify with not being perfect and I love learning from (and listen more to) someone who is authentic. Like a best friend. Thanks for being you Mel Robbins.
My favorite phrase is: "What you think of me is none of my business" what I think of me is my business" and I had to learn to love myself, and that is what I do.. First I had to learn what Love, happiness, peace and harmony REALLY mean. "Try it" hagd...
I realized something eye opening. I beat myself up sometimes for saying dumb or cringe things but seeing Mel do those things is endearing and lovely! The ones who look back are the employeees looking petty for pointing out “mistakes”
Mel, I am the same way when the sun is out! I live in the northeast and we need to take the sun when we can! Also- I just finished the episode and your daughter’s singing gave me goosebumps! How beautiful!
I absolutely loved this episode. That’s the reason that you have so many followers now because you are honest, and authentic. Too many people are afraid, and a lot of people have been repressed by their schools, churches, or parents, and also from other people. I definitely think that people from the eastern US are much more repressed than the western part of US. One of my daughters that lives in LA says the people out there don’t even wear bras so guess what Mel you were fitting right in and didn’t even know it lol. Too many people have gotten eating disorders trying to lock a certain way , they ruin their feet from trying to squeeze into pointed stylish shoes, and they’ve been held back because they were afraid to come out of their box. There is no such thing as PERFECTION. As I have aged I have figured that out or maybe become strong enough to realize it. If you feel good about yourself that will radiate and make others feel good about themselves. You’ve got this. Thanks for sharing your stories. ❤
I worked from home today and really needed a little company so I put this podcast on for company. You are all now my favourite co-workers. I laughed so hard and worked really hard too. Thank you xx
Your daughter’s voice is truly a gift to the world! Thank you for such a great episode. It has me reflecting on who I am and how I present myself to the people around me. Now, I’m off to caring about the stuff that matters. Thank you. ❤
Mel, this episode really shows me why I Love You So Very Much!! I love how real you are. I love that you dont give a shit. I love your confidence. I love your channel and all of the life changing things you share with the world to help us to do better and feel better about ourself. It all makes you a beautiful person. Social media has a huge problem. Not much of it is real. Everyone is so focused on the outside appearance that it's disgusting. I have watched,.listened and met a lot of beautiful looking people but they are not kind, they are arrogant, they look perfect on the outside but you can tell inside they are not happy. I laughed so hard as your employees told you the things you did wrong. I loved your expressions because I would have probably had the same ones. The things people are concerned about these days.....I too find it freeing to not "Give A Shit!" Its amazing. It took me until the age of 54 to figure it all out. I have more peace and joy in my life. Life is difficult enough as it is, why care about all of this shit too!! 🤷♀️ Thank you. ❤
This is just what I needed to hear. I started my own positive journal. I put in quotes that inspire me. "You alone are enough, you have nothing to prove to anybody." By Maya Angelou. "We delight in the beauty of the Butte but rarely admit the changes it has gone through to achieve that beauty,". Both quotes are from Maya Angelou, they both remind me of my own personal journey and growth. These lessons are vital. I picture people in my life as animals, if we were all meant to be the same life would be boring. But comparing fish, to birds, to animals that live in water and comparing them in a race is unfair because they are built differently.
The photo of Mel after yoga is totally priceless!!! That is the most I've laughed ever during the 100+ hours of watching the Mel Robbins Show. Just love that you have jettisoned the uber vain thing. You're the Best, Mel.

I'm so like Mel. I stopped giving a shit about what anybody else thinks in the world. Everyone has an opinion & the way everyone sees the world is different. Being to uptight uptight makes me have anxiety & panic attack. Which have put me in the hospital. I got sick of living within others criteria. I refuse to be fake just to fit in for anyone. I don't need anyone to help control my thoughts or my life. U go Mel be you be beautiful ❤️😍

I am often covered in paint, and goo and sweat and everything else. I used to worry about it, but now I do not. I question back and forth on the subject. Appearance matters, in fact I often admire people who look "put together" BUT its hard to care when you are just getting off work and I will be dammed for being ashamed of working hard. I also understand that looking good is a great way to represent yourself. My answer to it is, we need all kinds of people, messy ones, busy ones, lazy ones, well put together ones.. so just love yourself and others just the way they are.
The more i hear you explain how you are focused on what really matters, and how you overcame the hurt,i so admire your wisdom. Your a beautiful strong teacher!

Being your authentic self has got to be the most liberating experience ever, despite social norms and expectations. Thank you Mel for leading the way.
Totally 💯 ❤
Be free... Always.
Lol I might want to think so too but they are a great balance for her. I love them all
I agree I have adhd and am playful and can act goofy ….
Hmmm
Never considered that theory..
Maybe true!
Yeah, jeez, who knew Mel's team is so uptight? Yikes. Seriously, OPEN TOED SHOES?!!!
Yes absolutely, I love Mel, she’s being her self, get over it ladies your too critical.
I TOTALLY relate to your eye-opening comment re people with AD(H)D being more playful and less serious!!! Thanks for sharing yet another reason we are so fortunate and awesome! 😊
Mel you have the RIGHT attitude. Do not give a shit what anyone else says. And your team needs to keep their judgments and opinions to themselves.
Mel, you are amazing!!!
That’s why we love Mel! She is real!! ❤ That is how she connects with real people!! Mel, please don’t change!!! 😘
Exactly. Her being "polarizing" pushes away the people who can't handle her and attracts those who fiercely admire her😁❤
Mel you are ruck! I like you so much and appreciate your amazing humility. ❤❤
That first part was a hard watch but shows you exactly why you shouldn't care what others think. Those ladies have been conditioned by societal standards and expectations which have made them so concerned as to how others view them which causes them to judge others, it sounds exhausting.
Agree. I would not want to work with them. That was very concerning.
6
absofuckinglutely - that they care about whether or not someone wears open toe shoes to a meeting? jeezo, surely they've more important things to give a shit about, yet apparently not.
I would NOT get on with either of those women and really bloody glad I don't have to work with people like these - they came across as total mean girls aka you have to think like us or we'll judge you. for grown women to be like this is sad af.
Exactly 💯
Oh boy, do I love your comment!!! This is the best, ever!!
@eloise3280 your comment is absolutely spot on!! The best ever!!
I am never forced to do anything...If I don't like the way someone smells, I move. Who forces you to sit in these situations you find yourself in?
I am here crying Mel. Thank you. ❤️ I was bullied in corporate America and i wasn't a shark. This was so healing. Not the right fit. I found my purpose and I am grateful for the experience and for the opportunity. I learned a lot.
Aàlll0
Mel, you devoured this. I adore how at peace you are with yourself I don't see anything wrong with you showing off your feet or being at ease in your own skin you are so genuine and honest and don't put on this façade based on society insecurities and preconceived notions.
maybe a touch of narcissism also. Comes with being a multimillionaire. There is such a thing as having a sense of decorum, out of respect for others.
I just don't see anything wrong with any of the moments they were all 😮about.
I can’t tell you how badly I needed to hear this entire episode. I’m a self loathing SOB and have imprisoned my 50 year old self since the 3rd grade. Thank you for being real and bringing humor into my day.
Talk to Mel!!
You are never to old to Start living youre best life!!! You go ❤
You are never to old to Start living your best life!!! You go ❤
I'm very self conscious how I look and what people will think.
Great! You sound smart, young lady!& beautiful going with your life!🧚♀️❤️💪🌹
Love love - your daughter voice gave me chills
The employees sound pretty uptight!! LOL! I'm glad I never had to work in a corporate environment. this is great!😂
This is WHY you are Mel Robbins and THEY work for YOU!
I think Mel is where she is because of who she is. Mel needs to be Mel so we can connect with the authentic.
U being u is what we luv about u and please don't stop cussing. A wise older woman once told me "it's none of my business what u think of me" and since she told me that, I live by that. Thanks for being real!
We love you Mel 💕⚡️ please never change your authenticity. This world needs more!
Thank you ❤️
You are freaking Mel Robbins! I seriously don't think your shoes matter AT ALL! I just came across your content and I absolutely love you!!!
Those who matter don't mind. And those who mind don't matter! Keep it REAL! Stay true to YOU!! Thanks Mel and Team!
Thank you, I needed this reminder!
@@paper601 🧡
Please don’t censor yourself to conform to society’s “rules.” We
need more authentic people in the world!
Mel is so childlike. That’s the word that comes to mind whenever I watch or listen to Mel. ❤️
I absolutely LOVE that you don’t give a shit!! You are real and AWESOME!!
❤ Thank you!
I hope you share some of your music more after this.
Maybe a few videos on RUclips too.
The problem is when etiquette, corporate, words are used.... Mel is real and I love the transparency, openness and genuine open and honesty she transcends is absolutely awesome and ladies like me resonate with her go Mel ❤❤❤
Mel, we love your authenticity! ❤
I teared up when Kendal sang - and I’m not even an American!
You are inspirational, Mel.
Love you Mel. More people need to be raw and real as you are ❤ I'm raw and real and some people just can't handle it. Its not like we are disrespecting anyone or hurting anyone. We are just real and down to earth. Totally agree with you. It's so freeing.
This episode is so timely. Thank you. Caring a little less what others think. It's a process.
Mel makes a huge difference by being her true authentic self!! It is so freeing for all of us!
I mean that’s the best type of encouragement there could possibly be.🎉❤😂
the last 5 minutes of the pod was by far the most profound i ever heard by mel.... bravo
👍😊
THANKS FOR LOVING YOURSELF NO MATTER WHAT!
Wow! I’m reading comments and every one is supporting you on this Mel!! Wow ❤
I realized something eye opening. I beat myself up sometimes for saying dumb or cringe things but seeing Mel do those things is endearing and lovely! The ones who look back are the employeees looking petty for pointing out “mistakes”
My favorite quote of this episode: “you are you 100% all the time”
Wow! Your daughters singing moved me to tears! Stunningly beautiful ❤️
I don’t see a problem with the sun bathing. You go, Mel!
You are so funny Mel & your authenticity is 1 reason you are so 🥰 beautiful & 🥰 loved
Mel you are a freaking rockstar! I love love love this episode! I love how real you are! You’re a true inspiration. And cheers to not giving a sh*t 🥂
I worked from home today and really needed a little company so I put this podcast on for company. You are all now my favourite co-workers. I laughed so hard and worked really hard too. Thank you xx
WOW WOW WOW.... you don't know how much you inspired me at this time of my life THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! MEL
Thank you. ❤
Mel I thank you for that post!!!!! Love the REALNESS,..we shouldn't compare but be real we do, and that helps us feel more human💞
Thank you so much for what you do and who you are Mel. You’re helping me change my life ❤
Mel you're awesome! You crack me up. Not only because you are real....but because you help the rest of us to be so as well. Thank you for all you do!
First 20mins in and I can't stop laughing. Thank you Mel for being authentic. 🙏

Because I’m smarter than YOU FF!!! 😂 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
I love you Mel!!!
The photo of Mel after yoga is totally priceless!!! That is the most I've laughed ever during the 100+ hours of watching the Mel Robbins Show. Just love that you have jettisoned the uber vain thing. You're the Best, Mel.
This was terrific, Mel! And I just loved your team being on here with you. This was the first time I've listened to the Podcast on RUclips, and it was awesome! It adds so much to be able to see your faces as you talk. Thanks for doing this!
Mel, please don’t change one thing about yourself! Your realness is why I listen, buy your books and Launch!
Thank you for being you Mel and being a true version of yourself! Love “spending time on what matters and going out not all done up!” 🥰
Oh my gosh!! Your daughter is amazing!!!! 🥲🥲🥰 Congratulations Mel!!!
Be Absolutely free Mel!!! Be your authentic self! I love you for that! Don’t stop being yourself!
Love you too Mel ❤ I appreciate you so much for being you. I needed to hear this message so much. Been afraid to show who I am for fear of haters. I love the way you explain things so matter of fact. I know for years I cared way too much about what people think. Bless you you just saved my life.
💜💕🔥👑🔥💕💜
Thank you Mel Robbins. Blessings.
I'm.on the verge of the end thank u mel for keeping me above water
I love this podcast, accidentally ran into it and I'm enamored with Mel's perspective..she seems like such a real and down to earth person who you could hangout with and be yourself 100%
You guys are so right …it’s way better seeing what we’re listening to as well here on RUclips 😂. I am learning so much from your podcasts and no words will describe how grateful I am for real humans like you . Thank you so much ❤💚💙
I love listening to Mel. She is such a force for good and for surviving and thriving. I love her zesty personality! It is the vivacity and personality of Mel Robbins that makes her so special and attractive. Safety and conformity lead to MEH. She's not out of order.
I wouldn't have thought twice about it. It's awesome that you appreciate your body including your toes!
The more i hear you explain how you are focused on what really matters, and how you overcame the hurt,i so admire your wisdom. Your a beautiful strong teacher!
Thank you Mel for being so authentic and for real conversations that make us think deeply 👍💪.
That rendition of the national anthem moved me to tears and I'm not even American. It was like she understood every word and meant it. So very special. And that beautiful voice. JUST LOVELY. Thrilling actually.
