The Legendary Daddy! What a very informative video about Intermittent fasting. Thank you for sharing and let me just say I salute your discipline and interest in fitness. It is not so easy to do that! I did intermittent fasting for almost 2 years and made a video about it in my channel too to share the results. I have followed your channel already because I look forward to your next contents. Hope we can be RUclips friends!

I like The Master Cleanse, but the amount of maple syrup in the mix I feel is too high, I always bring it down to 1/2 - 1 teaspoon and often I will boost the the cayenne just a bit. The Master Cleanse is designed around the idea of 3-4 days. It is not meant to be done longer. If a person wants to go longer, switch to green juices or something along this line. Thank you so much for sharing your experience and insight!

Thank YOU : ) I have a feeling you could teach the RUclips viewer audience a thing or two about your fasting experience. You should think about it.

I just did 15 days of the Master Cleanse. I did the salt water flush was two hours of water literally exploding out of me. To the degree that I had to be in the tub because things were so out of control. I then opted for Smooth Move tea, which is an option on the Master Cleanse website. I want to do the cleanse 2-3 times a year, but the bowel flush is a real challenge.

WOW! You are a fasting warrior! That is awesome! You have truly earned the great health that comes along with a cleanse. I just did a four video series of my Master Cleanse. I did it for 3 days. ruclips.net/video/DWSQ4BUIV_o/видео.html If you can, watch those videos and let me know in the comments what I could have done better. What did you experience that I didn't? Let me know. You can teach me and my audience a lot with your experience. And thank You for commenting on my video. I am grateful to have You, a person who fasted for 15 days, comment on my fasting video. Thanks and congrats to You!

Oh, and from my experience, 2 good fasts a year is pretty good. Gives the body a chance to dump out all of the filth, and also clean out any dangerous stuff in us that we weren't even aware of.

So, if I follow the instructions of the master cleanse, drinking whenever I am hungry, am I still in autophagy? Can I really sustain this for weeks like I can a water fast? What about the sudden drowsiness I’m experiencing sometimes, which is why I’m fasting in the first place, is that to be expected anyway?

Autophagy begins about 18 hours after not eating. Therefore, to gain the benefits of autophagy you DO NOT have to fast for weeks. I fast for about three days. That is my preference. Many people explain how they can fast for weeks. I don't attempt this because I believe that doing short fasts while trying to eat healthy is good enough for my body.
On my 3 day fasts, I go through emotional and physical changes. I usually confront the truth about how I treat my body, how I overeat at times, how I put things in my body that might not be too healthy, etc. So, when I don't feel too great on a fast, I usually go for a walk a do a bit of prayer.
My fasts are a time to reflect, cleanse, and recharge. I talk about in all of videos how there is a temptation to feel down or depressed. I consciously stand up against that before I even begin the fast. Mind over matter. I try to keep my mind on prayer, gratitude, healing, and forgiveness.
If your fasts are making you feel too drowsy, maybe you should think about making them short, almost like intermittent fasting. If you are not seeing the results you would like from fasting, maybe you can look into other types of healing for success. I have videos on:
      Celery juicing
      ruclips.net/video/WwRIIekOokA/видео.html
      Parasite Cleanse
      ruclips.net/video/zEx1Qc_l7zs/видео.html
      Candida Cleanse
      ruclips.net/video/ztFhxJPMxIA/видео.html
      Spiritual and Physical Cleansing
      ruclips.net/video/xpkXO2s41Us/видео.html
I hope you find and welcome the healing you are searching for. God bless. Take care.
