You didn't clean the caked-up rust from the slider brackets which will cause your brake pads to possibly bind up and not release which will overheat them and wear them out quicker
Good video, just not complete. You should have shown packing the bearing, installing the grease seal on the rotor, replacing the rotor, cleaning the spindle. You also need to show how to change the brake caliper, since you did replace it too. There are people watching this who are in the process of learning how to do this. Thanks
Don’t forget he didn’t mention you have to use your old seal and bearing one the year good thing I caught it before I drove it dam think that would be mentioned

Broke two bolts torquing to 141, ended up setting them at 30
Lol he misspoke! DO NOT TORQUE THE CALIPER BOLTS TO 141 FT-LB! 😂 just get em snug and then give ‘em a good bump with your fist. Good enough.
I think my rusty hand me down C clamp works better than the tool made to compress the piston
There was no mention of you changing the old caliper which you started to install, to a new one that you finished installing
You are a life saver my friend , excellent video and content ! Thankyou
I am guilty. Of being the guy who has done countless brake jobs for myself and friends/parents over the year, and ive never once used brake cleaner.
+Dr. Cryptox Thanks for the feedback! 1aau.to/m/Shop-TRQ
Thanks!
I leave the bearing, washer, and nut in the rotor and pull it off as one.
Holding my thumb over it as i remove.
How come you just don't turn the rotor over and place the bearing in the race and tap the seal in before you install the rotor

you need to put the inner bearing in and then tap the seal into the back of the rotor before you put the rotor on.
You didn't show changing the caliper!!!
Don't you need to press bearing racers into the new rotor?
Precio de los discos de freno para una Ford 150 sencilla

Where in any reality? Dude cranked crooked on the caliper. Ain’t spin the wheel at all after. That girl gunna be hot!!!!

Slipped in some new calipers in there you didn't say nothing about that think you slick😂
Do not trust these torque specs they are WILDLY incorrect. Off by 200-500%.
