LA NORMA JURÍDICA - Tribuna Constitucional 54 - Guido Aguila Grados

Terminada la segunda guerra mundial, se desarrollaron los llamados Juicios de Nüremberg, aquellos juicios que se desarrollaron a los militares, jerarcas nazis, médicos y jueces. Sin embargo hay un hilo conductor común a los tres. Las acusaciones eran distintas, pero había un denominador común: Ellos se defendían indicando que habían cumplido con la ley alemana (exterminio de judíos, espacio vital para desarrollo de su país). A partir de allí se colocó una enorme interrogación sobre la NORMA JURÍDICA. De ello haremos algunas reflexiones.
After the Second World War, the so-called Nuremberg Trials were developed, those trials that were developed for the military, Nazi hierarchs, doctors and judges. However there is a common thread to all three. The accusations were different, but there was a common denominator: They defended themselves by indicating that they had complied with the German law (extermination of Jews, vital space for the development of their country). From there a huge interrogation was placed on the LEGAL NORM. From this we will make some reflections.
