Eyes tracing the club is an excellent point you guys make. Was so unaware of this and just not realizing how much I do this subconsciously which ruins the sequencing. Since we practice on our own most of the time, using mirrors as reference rather than video review, it trains in the habit of eye-line drifting ever so slightly away.. am sure not just for me, but for many others too.
Thanks EGS, excellent great video as always folks, keep it up!

Yes!! Super common. Just something to be aware of 🧘‍♂️

2 weeks now since I found y'all's system and how I should be releasing from the top with right arm supination.
Biggest eye opener for me was that I don't have to make a huge shallow move with my arms. Just exaggerate the drop and then correct hand action. Often feels like I'm not shallowing at all, but I feel a ton of supination.
Club head speed is up to 103 mph with driver from 98. Dispersion is way down. Either dead straight, or slight draws and fades. Finally feel like I can release hard without crazy mis hits.

As usual great work guys May I ask what kind of eye path or body movement cause early left side bend (head too left) before P-3. Thank You

Thanks Coaches, always inciteful when I watch the channel, I have been transitioning from a flippy swing to more a rotational swing as you guys teach . . . I will hang in there.

Interesting video, like the spiral line training aid as well. Maybe having a spiral/ infinity ball mark be an idea would work too.

Another great video that ties together spiral line. I find that if I use the left rib to initiate the backswing to take the club above the plane and then initiate the downswing with the right rib, the eyes stay look at the ball beautifully!

This is the only video I’ve seen that’s discussed eyes. I have a tendency to watch the club from address to P2 and then shift my eyes back to the ball (I can actually see my eyes darting from the ball to the club at P2 and back to the ball on DTL video of myself)
During technical practice sessions I’ve looked at P2 so many times it’s gotten into my real swing that starring solely at the ball now feels weird and sometimes prevents sequencing. I understand the importance of keeping the eyes ON the ball.
Almost no coaches catch this issue

It’s an important subtlety for sure. Something to take note of in future practice sessions!

That's gonna help so many people. Kinda reminds me of some martial arts mantras about controlling 'the general' (head). Where the head leads the body follows. Great stuff as usual!

is your first move the neck or is it the weight shift ? or at the same time :)

I can do this with my irons but I can’t hit a driver like this … I have to feel like I’m throwing my hands over (best way I can explain it ) but my drives are great and go a long way but if my timing is off I will hit it right or pull it left .. guess I just need to keep trying to learn

Really cool stuff, love getting the vestibular system involved. Best golf content on RUclips.
Would love to see a video on eternal v internal martial arts, ways to get less cerebral (how you approach cueing), considerations for breath work in golf (compression v expansion), psychology of changing movement patterns, whether anatomy matters in the swing (ISA and reaching angles).
ruclips.net/p/PL1bUtCgg8VgA4giQUzJoyta_Nf3KXDsQO&si=ADtOHN8_9hc2onWj take a look at Craig’s channel, found him through DGi. Some cool ways to connect to your body, and really great alignment/ movement/activation cues.

Most people are right eye dominant so set up with their right eye looking at the top of the ball (with all the swing faults this encourages)
yet nearly all golf pros set up behind the ball with their left eye looking at it! (Jack Nick an extreme example)
So either they are all left eye dominant or golf has forced them to adapt
Golf has made me almost ambidextrous! eg i can have a rally at table tennis left handed when i would have whiffed every time b4 golf! so i know this can happen
