I enjoyed these live rehearsal sessions too. The other song from this session is one of the most popular of their songs, it's called "Time", more from Kai on drums in that one. Also, more from Kai, and Jukka on bass, NEW Nightwish song "Perfume of the Timeless" is out TOMORROW!!!.
Thank you my friend. I will add time to my list. I also have the new Nightwish song on the list. I think it might start my intro to Floor and then work backwards through her stuff.
@@MattsMoshPit1 oooh, I forgot you hadn't seen Floor yet. Might as well dive into a new song for everyone. 🤣. On another note, got a new band I recommend you check out. "Freeze the Fall", 3 teens from Canada, partly influenced by The Warning. Try their song "Daughters of Witches".❄❄
Definitely no crazy drumming from Kai Hahto here, but he still sounds amazing, and I enjoy also seeing how he seems to have been in a good mood during this session, he's smiling at the camera a lot and singing along. I personally love seeing this stuff, not just the talent, but also the joy of playing. And he is a fantastic and versatile drummer. May I suggest his work with Swallow the Sun, a doom metal band that, while Finnish, sounds very different from Wintersun. "Cathedral Walls" is a great song to check out, it also has guest vocals from Anette Olzon. Fun fact about Sonic Pump studio where this was recorded, LOTL recorded drums for the album "Blood & Glitter" there and then returned to film the music video for "Absolute Attitude", which might be the silliest music video I've seen.
Awesome, I will definitely check out swallow the sun. I also agree about the good vibes in the studio. I saw Sabaton live for the first time last night and the whole time they just looked like they were having the best time. It really goes a long way for me.
My vlog will be out by the weekend. We had Amazing seats 5th row center stage. For me it was pretty surreal because I have seen so much Sabaton due to the music, the video’s and my fav. Sabaton History Channel. They sounded Amazing, but really the key for me was how much fun they were having. I don’t think Judas Priest did themselves a service by having Sabaton open. I would say half the crowd was wearing Sabaton shirts. Also JP took a while to get the energy up, but honestly it felt like they were just going to work. I don’t want to take away from their set, but compared to Sabaton it’s tough to beat. The night belonged to Sabaton IMO.
Gotta do "Time"
Thank you, it is 100% on my list. Thank you for watching.
