I can’t wait for the show, editing the vlog is a whole other issue. I have to knock it out before flying to London for Arch Enemy and In Flames. Hopefully, I can edit the London trip on the plane. My October is packed with concerts. I am already tired🤣

The song is full of more or less hidden references, from video games like Doom, to literature with Dante appearing exactly at 3 minutes and 33 seconds. In the Divine Comedy, Dante arrives in hell in the third canto:
"Pape Satàn, pape Satàn aleppe!",
began Pluto with his raucous voice;
and that gentle sage, who knew everything,
said to comfort me: "Let not your fear harm you;
for, whatever power he may have,
he will not prevent us from descending this rock."
There are also references to Italian songs by Francesco Salvi and Lorella Cuccarini, horror films, and Michael Jackson, and I'm surely forgetting something important...

That's Dante's Italian of the XIII century...even for (some) modern Italians it's quite hard to understand it fully, that's why subtitles are in (old) Italian too. Great reaction though!
