Only minor thing I found was the whipped recipe has 2 quarts of heavy whipping crepe listed however, the video said 1 carton which may confuse some. Being a seasoned baker, mine came out as expected... thick, banana-flavored, and delish! This was a GREAT ending to a great Easter Dinner! Thank you again for sharing! YOU ROCK!

I was able to replicate this recipe using non-dairy ingredients: plant-based milk (substitute for whole milk) and ground flaxseeds (substitute for eggs). They turned out great and I served them at our family Easter dinner. My family loved them and said they were the best cupcakes ever.❣️

I'm real big on baking, and my friend's birthday is this week, so I decided to use this recipe to make a 6 inch layer cake and a few cupcakes. This cake is so soft, moist, and full of banana pudding flavor. It doesn't even need frosting, I ate every single scrap from cutting holes in the cupcakes and leveling the cake layers. I frost the cake tomorrow and will gift it to my friend the following day. He loves banana pudding, so I just know he'll be crazy over this cake 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 *Tip: if yall decide to make this at the last minute like me and your bananas aren't ripe, bake them in the oven first before mashing them into the batter*

You could also use the reverse end of a piping tip to bore holds into the cupcakes. They look delish! 😊
