- Ingredients Used:
Peach Cobbler Filling
2 Cans peach slices (15.25 oz each)
1 TSP Vanilla Extract
1/2 TSP Nutmeg
1 TBSP Cinnamon
1/4 Cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
3 TBSP unsalted butter
2 1/2 TBSP Cornstarch
Cupcake:
Vanilla Cake Mix
3 large eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup water
1/4 cup peach cobbler filling juice
Icing:
4 sticks unsalted butter
1/4 cup peach cobbler juice (optional )
6 Cups confectioners sugar
2 TBSP Heavy Whipping cream

Y’all listen. MAKE THESE CUPCAKES! They taste so freaking good and weren’t hard to make at all.
The only thing different I did was I used the Betty Crocker delights brand French vanilla cake mix. I used milk instead of water and melted butter instead of oil (1:1 replacement ratio) and added just a little extra vanilla to the cake batter. It is SO GOOD. I wish I was able to eat these right out of the oven because it really does taste like a peach cobbler.

Ma'am.... I made this cupcakes for my job as a Mother's Day gift...When i tell you I had literally had to tell them not to eat the toothpick🤣🤣. I put my own spin on my peaches, but this right here, knocked it out the ballpark for me. Thank you so much❤❤.

Also When it comes to the frosting it says to add 1/4 cup of peach cobbler filling juice optional. Is that the peach cobbler filling from the peach mixture from the first step as well ?

Thank you! I made them about an hour ago. My American Buttercream was set perfectly. Then about 10 minutes, it became runny. I believe my kitchen was extremely warm. Next time I will do my homemade Peach Cobbler filling, I don't care for the can peaches. Great recipe though! Thanks for sharing.
