The weather is much better for me, especially when you live in the States for so long that you cannot tolerate the heat and humidity any longer! I took the roller coaster ride, and like Mike, I never like those rides. Dalat has changed a lot. It was quiet, romantic with a lot of beautiful sceneries. Enjoy all your travel clips. Thank you!

You guys look just like the locals with banh mi for breakfast then VN coffee in a cafe while working on your laptop ... except they're young and you're old :-) JK, we were in VN and it's such a young country, their friendliness and helpfulness made them look even more youthful. I tell you, VN definitely has the most instagramable cafes and eateries, they really take pride in their interior decor, not like the sterile franchise look we have here in the US.

I remember visiting Ho Chi Minh/Saigon, Vietnam as a young child no more than 9 years old (haven't been back in a decade), and although it is my family's native country I was to used to American culture and too shy to venture out. It brings me so much joy watching you guys explore and experience things I'd never given a chance, I'm definitely going to give more things a try the next time I go back.
We realized this. In our upcoming Thailand series, we actually have a video where we take the sleeper train from Chiang Mai all the way to Phuket. It was a long day. 😅

Hi Mike.. Star Hotel at Sài Gòn on Bùi Thị Xuân street, theyre cheap nice and clean.. i used to stay there for a month, its easy to walking around and get good foods everywhere, thats my favorite spot
Thanks so much! On some there are and some there aren’t. I honestly can’t recall if this one had one or not. They do make a stop midway through the journey usually for snacks and a toilet break.

The problem is that I’m stuck. I haven’t been able to go any where for more than a few days especially in the summer where it’s extremely hot. Not as bad as …Saudi Arabia that you mentioned in one of your messages but pretty …bad. I’m talking about 112-118 for like 2 months. So enjoy the cool weather in Đà Lạt my friends. If you want to be really comfortable for foreigners, you should choose a car with a double bed and then just lie on it alone, but the price is a bit higher

I just saw your video now. Usually when you arrive at the hotel early, You can call, there will be a duty at the front desk, they will be on duty 24/24. To be more sure, you can tell the estimated time of arrival, and they will be waiting for you.

Of course! We use two. Our main camera is the Sony A7c. We try to use this as much as possible as we feel it looks the best. We also have a smaller backup that is the Sony ZV1F. Đà Lạt.. You ask taxi driver to take you to Chùa Thiền Viện Trúc Lâm, this is a buddhish temple, its like youre in a movie, that temple is really nice.. I’m catholic, but when im in there, i was shocked, its really nice and relaxing.. Đà Lạt weather is the best, but the city is very small and a lot the romantic area to hang out, thats why peoples take their girlfriend there for dating or honey moon
It’s such a beautiful place! We saw so many couples preparing for weddings! We didn’t make it to that temple unfortunately 😕. But this won’t be the last time we visit Da Lat. 🤗
We had no idea what to expect! We were very tired, so we didn’t film, but about halfway through the trip, they stopped at a place that had a nice bathroom and a restaurant to get snacks and drinks. So it didn’t turn out to be so bad!

Hi Mike.. Star Hotel at Sài Gòn on Bùi Thị Xuân street, theyre cheap nice and clean.. i used to stay there for a month, its easy to walking around and get good foods everywhere, thats my favorite spot

Thanks so much! On some there are and some there aren’t. I honestly can’t recall if this one had one or not.
They do make a stop midway through the journey usually for snacks and a toilet break.

I’d love to do that for I’ve never been back since I left the country more than …43 plus years ago! That’s a damn long time! Forgive me for my explicit terminology.
The problem is that I’m stuck. I haven’t been able to go any where for more than a few days especially in the summer where it’s extremely hot. Not as bad as …Saudi Arabia that you mentioned in one of your messages but pretty …bad. I’m talking about 112-118 for like 2 months. So enjoy the cool weather in Đà Lạt my friends. Enjoy the abundance that life has to offer.

I just saw your video now. Usually when you arrive at the hotel early, You can call, there will be a duty at the front desk, they will be on duty 24/24. To be more sure, you can tell the estimated time of arrival, and they will be waiting for you.
We tried that, but there was no answer from the email! Oh well, it all worked out, we got to have a lovely coffee and get some work done. 🙏
@@mikeandashley I mean you can talk about your arrival time at the hotel right when booking. And when you are standing in front of the hotel, ring the bell/call, the reception will open the door for you 😊. (tips for other travel in Vietnam 😁)

Could I know the camera you're using please?
Of course! We use two. Our main camera is the Sony A7c. We try to use this as much as possible as we feel it looks the best. We also have a smaller backup that is the Sony ZV1F. It’s great in good lighting, but really poor at night, but it gets the job done. Hope this helps! Thanks for watching. ☺️🙏

Đà Lạt.. You ask taxi driver to take you to Chùa Thiền Viện Trúc Lâm, this is a buddhish temple, its like youre in a movie, that temple is really nice.. I’m
catholic, but when im in there, i was shocked, its really nice and relaxing.. Đà Lạt weather is the best, but the city is very small and a lot the romantic area to hang out, thats why peoples take their girlfriend there for dating or honey moon
It’s such a beautiful place! We saw so many couples preparing for weddings! We didn’t make it to that temple unfortunately 😕. But this won’t be the last time we visit Da Lat. 🤗

Sleeper bus with no bathroom, this has to be the first; given the public bathroom situation in Vietnam makes it even worse.
We had no idea what to expect! We were very tired, so we didn’t film, but about halfway through the trip, they stopped at a place that had a nice bathroom and a restaurant to get snacks and drinks. So it didn’t turn out to be so bad!
Were people smoking on the bus?
Not that I’m aware of. 😳

Be awareness Dalat is a tourists destination whereas too many scammers, cheaters of all kinds and some sellers are very rude!
