Have been eating it and love it abs my skin glows! Also, when switched to low carb, my cholesterol has dropped despite eating 40g of a butter a day compared to low fat diet.
I live in Australia. We get the best cheap butter. That is Kiwi butter. All grass fed but not A2 or organic (not sure). All and all they are best. They have great taste. But I majorly rely on EV Olive oil, coconut oil and MCT oil.

I don't fear butter - I embrace it. There's always good quality butter (either Kerrygold or Costco grass fed butter) sitting on my table. I'll go through most of a stick of butter with each meal. Whether I'm having a steak, ground beef, or part of a roast, I'll usually have a bit of butter with every bite. This makes it easy to get my fat to protein ratio where I want it to be, even if I'm eating leaner cuts of beef. It's yummy, satiating, and gives me great energy throughout the day.
On your yes and no list it says that High fat milk from cows does not have the casein A1, like High fat triple cheese for example. And all butter is high fat between 40-80% fat so why would it have A1 then?
Only full cream and cream cheese can be eaten no matter the casein . Butter and milk must be from A2 cows . There are too much protein left in the butter .
What about Indian Amul Butter, its really yummy, would you know anything about it nutritional properties. The Amul brand is quite old and has a variety of priducts, including Ghee.

I am 60 and eat massive amounts of butter. But, I am very active, including aerobic. I have been told that butter is the most perfect food you can eat, as long as you burn it off. I think this is the case for all dairy products. I say, go ahead and love dairy, as long as you are burning it off. As soon as you stop burning it off, it turns on you. Seems obvious. I have stopped drinking milk (accept in very small amounts) because I can drink a whole gallon in one sitting. I like it so much that I had to quit. I also eat a fair amount of cheese. But, I try to do research on the healthiest. (Mozerella, hard cheeses, blue cheese, no bries, etc…) Also, I never worry about the details (A1, A2, Goat, Irish, etc…) I just buy what’s the cheapest. (I do try to ear kosher.) I consider myself to be pretty healthier. I am able to run up steep hills, and surf in the Pacific 2 or 3 days a week for up to 2 or 3 hrs, with lots of paddling. You can probably put just about anything into your body, as long as you burn it off. My my exercise tapers off, I become much more conscious of the intake. You could live on an IV of the right stop, and lay in bed all day, and still have pretty good blood, if that’s the lifestyle you want. I love the great outdoor!

“Don’t blame the butter for what the bread did”
Lol
yup.. it’s not about butter on the bread, it’s about bread under butter
Even worse it's about the combination of bread+butter. Cut out the bread then butter is fine. Combine them? 💀
