I'm like the ultimate introvert, and let me tell you, speaking in public gives me this crazy internal tickle. My voice? Oh, it decides to play games, especially when there's a recording involved. And wait for it... I've got a sprinkle of ADHD in the mix too! I swear, it feels like I'm juggling a handful of quirks that just won't let me be. Sometimes, I wonder if there's a manual out there on how to fix these quirks. If I crack that code, I might just rival Elon Musk's wealth! (Okay, maybe that's a bit of an exaggeration, but you catch my drift, right?)
My ideal working environment manages to challenge me while not being way out of my capabilities. The imposter syndrome is quite detrimental to employees as they often first just want a job but they are actually not fit for the position
Honestly it doesn't matter what you do. If the recruiter or whoever is hiring you don't personally like you, then you are doomed from the start. You better work on your charisma 😅
