Here's what I saw: The Canadian fella slashed the stick out of the Czechian guys hands then proceeded to interfere with him by checking him from behind. He was nowhere near the puck and should've been called for an interference.

Simultaneous rule ignorance only leads to escalation and fighting. Unless you're Don Cherry, and have already gotten fired twice for said lack of intelligence, you appreciate the modern game.. and accept your suspension because you suck as an official.

Cross Checking wouldn't be the call. You can argue that is should have been called interference, but when he is holding his stick with only 1 hand it cant be cross checking. The game seemed pretty scrapy, so I doubt the refs would have called interference on a play where the two of them are going at each other.

Group b counties are super weak only Sweden and the Swiss . Sub par tournament, not like the talent of the Crosby players

Cross Checking wouldn't be the call. You can argue that is should have been called interference, but when he is holding his stick with only 1 hand it cant be cross checking. The game seemed pretty scrapy, so I doubt the refs would have called interference on a play where the two of them are going at each other.
