Very helpful. I need to do this to help me, as a senior and unsteady balance due to major back surgery years ago and still affecting my balance negatively. I have had countless falls throughout my years. Thanks again.
Thank You. I will try to do this routine. I'm on a walker and holding on to everything to get around. When I went to physical therapy I didn't do some of these exercises.👍
I do several of these, am happy to advance to the "next level" versions! I like the follow along format, i never know if im doing enough on my own. Thanks ! 👍
This is really great and I appreciate it. A lot. I tripped over nothing and broke my big toe last month, but due to previous falls I have done these exercises before from my PT. I look forward to your continuation of these exercises for us. It's a big help with strength and confidence while walking. Thank you.
This is really helpful for balance issues but a real challenge for people with disabilities like myself ( Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis) which is good. I need to improve my balance (which is really bad) but some of these exercises look scary to attempt to do. ❤ how you explain the steps which are easy to understand.
I am 71 and was injured(on a hike) badly a year ago. Thank you soooo much for this video. Loved doing every single one. You are very pleasant to listen to. I am going to do these every day and follow your next videos.❤
Thanks. I think this will be very beneficial. I did some of them tears ago and made improvement. My balance now is terrible. I use a three=wheeled walker. I want to regain mobility, so will follow this routine.
Thanks so much for these beneficial exercises. I like the way you explain everything which is easy to understand. I do these off and on but now going to do these exercises everyday. Thanks again.
Great for balance; am looking forward to more. Suggestion: maybe use chair with more open design; the chair you are using blocks us seeing what your legs are doing.
I'm 64 1/2 and I catch myself every now and then shuffling my feet. I told my granddaughter if you see or hear me shuffling my feet instead of picking them up and walking please let me know. So I can stop.
I ruptured my left hamstring. I have no strength in my left leg. I also fell and broke my right patella in three places. I can do a lot with my right leg.
