    Hi! My name is Rachel. I am the creator of Sleepy Santosha. I am a certified yoga instructor who specializes in yoga for chronic illness. Although I hold two teaching certifications, the classes I teach are largely inspired by my own firsthand experiences with chronic illness and my personal yoga practice.
    Because I know what it is like to live with chronic illness, I am able to create yoga classes that intuitively support the needs of someone who is experiencing chronic pain, fatigue, brain fog, etc. and many of my classes can be practiced in bed.     I would LOVE a full length neck and shoulders video. My fibromyalgia pain centers there and this video was really helpful so a full length session would make a huge difference for me. Thank you!

    Yes! Would love the full! Fellow spoonie here! I’ve never experienced anything like your practices although have been looking for something like this for years! I’m almost done with all your RUclips videos (practicing daily) after subscribing & following on Instagram and then will be signing up on your website! Very excited! One question, I saw in one of your videos a year or two ago that you had merch (specifically tshirts) do you still have available? I would love to purchase!     It always amazes me how much of a difference there is between when we first do the leaning back position compared to after the eagle pose. This workout helps me so much to reduce my neck and shoulder pain. Thank you for this!

    I really needed this today! The weather or something has me hurting in the shoulders and neck more than usual. Thank you Rachel. I need your help when it comes to yoga and holding those positions for a length of time that will benefit the areas that are in need of healing.

    Hi Rachel, do you know of any exercises for the neck and shoulders without having to sit with crossed legs? I cannot sit this long in this position. Thank you in advance 😊

      That's common for a lot of people, so you're not alone! You could do most if not all of these exercises seated in a chair or sit with the legs out in front of you instead. I have more neck and shoulders classes available inside Spoonie Yoga Studio: spoonieyogastudio.uscreen.io
