This is one of the best meditations fro Chronic Pain that I have done, and believe me I have tried SO many. Please could you make it longer as I just get to the relaxation point and then it ends. 😢Bless you and thank you ❤xxx
Thank you! I've been looking for a meditation just like this for a long time. Most other meditations on RUclips that deal with pain focus on removing the pain. But clearly when in chronic states of pain it's so much more productive and indeed healing to find peace with the pain as it is from moment to moment ☺️ this meditation will be part of my daily routine from now on.
11/10. Thanks again. Your videos are fantastic. I really hope that more people with chronic pain/illness discover your channel and find some pain relief through using your routines and practices.
I keep this video to my every night routine now. It has a good long enough beginning since it does take time to settle oneself in and to get ready to start the exercise. It gives you enough time to do each step without rushing to Namaste like so many other videos seem to do. Your voice works great for me too. It's soft, relaxing and direct without getting over ambitious or corny. I'd love to hear more meditation videos from you for pain and sleeping conditions. I wouldn't mind this one being even 30 mins long if added sleeping too it in the end as well. Much love.
Diana Vicei Thank you so much for your thoughtful comment! ❤️ I’m so glad to hear you enjoy this practice! I think you might also enjoy my Yoga Nidra practices. They’re similar in that they begin with a scan of the body and they are closer to 20 minutes. You can check them out here: www.sleepysantosha.com/programs
Are you living with chronic pain? This guided meditation creates deep relaxation which leads to pain relief. I hope you'll try it! Let me know how it goes!
this was pretty good except the ending. i didn't get a completion and was confused when it was over and this brought back the whole anxiety thing or didn't complete the stilness as much as it could. it did help with the pain though so i do appreciate that
Thanks alot for this video your voice is really nice and soothing and beautifuls I'm glad your helping people with it and your knowledge of healing techniques✊
This is lovely but it ends without bringing us out of the meditation/relaxation, and it then played a video straight after which made me jump haha! It's a really lovely practice apart from that
Hi Rachel you say you are a certified yoga teacher but I'm interested in which school of Yoga? I would like to subscribe to you but It's important to me that Yoga is taught from traditional sources.
I’m trained in ISHTA yoga which was created by Alan Finger and his father who trained with BKS Iyengar, Paramhansa Yogananda and Krishnamacharya. This style of yoga focuses on practices that are gentle and kind and that suit each individual person. ISHTA stands for the Integrative School of Hatha, Tantra and Ayurveda.
Thanks for your feedback! This is one of my older videos when I was first getting started as a teacher. I’ve learned a lot since then, so I hope you’ll try some of my newer content and see how you like it ❤️ Namaste
Hi there! I have a similar meditation available for download on my website. It’s free and can be downloaded without music. You can check it out here: goo.gl/oEYRC8

How can I "make an intention" for the meditation and "let go of expectations"? Too many buzz-phrases in the same paragraph ..

I don't care for the pacing, but the content is there.

Find out what your pain is saying to you
Would have loved it, but it was waaaaay too short. 30min at minimum would have been far better.
Very annoying tone that runs through the entire meditation.
