How to replace the chain for EPS packaging machine

Hello everyone, I am Fiona. In this video, we will invite Engineer Zhou to explain how to replace the chain for the 4 side EPS packaging machine.
1. First, loosen the screws on the chain.
2. Use a tool to open the chain buckle, pull out the small axle from the screw rod, and remove the chain. The steps below are the same.
3. After replacing it with a new chain, thread the small axle at the lower end of the chain into the screw rod and secure it with the chain buckle.
4. Follow the teeth of the sprocket, and loop the chain from bottom to top. Fix the small axle at the upper end of the chain, secure the chain buckle, and tighten the screws to complete the replacement.
Note: The tightness of the chain should be moderate. If the chain is too tight, it is easy to break; if the chain is too loose, it will make abnormal noises and is easy to fall off the sprocket.
